My tires exploded in my car because the tech overfilled my tires. Then, they tried to blame my tires instead of taking responsibility. Oh, and I have tubless tires, which means the liquid got all over my car. Next, they claimed they couldn't fix my squeaky brakes because I need a special type of brake pad. Just took them to another shop and they were able to swap them out. Lastly, their tune-ups literally take weeks to complete. How is that even possible?! Really cute store setup, but honestly, complete airheads fixing bikes who actually know nothing. I might as well try to fix my bike instead. Go somewhere else on Colfax to get bike repair services. I was told they'd get it rebuilt then contact me when it was ready. I didn't hear anything back and when I reached out yesterday that's the first time they tried to fix it saying they could send it off to be done locally. What were they doing the past 6 weeks?? I can't imagine relying on this place to services bike in riding season with any sense of confidence. While they blamed it on Fox for warranty issues, the first they asked about what year it was to see if it was recall eligible was yesterday, so it clearly was sitting there for 6 weeks collecting dust. Tried to keep business at a small shop, but very disappointed. Picked up my bike and will take my business elsewhere.

My experience and…read morethe customer service was pleasant, and I got some good extra information on fixing two small chips with epoxy. The wax and sharpening was excellent! My board was flying down the hill the other day, and I could hear the edges really digging in to the snow. They are truly "sharp," and the shop even filled in a couple of dings on the bottom of the board. Given the work quality and price point, you can't go wrong here!
