Second time I have used Paul. He is polite, friendly, on time, and does the job properly. No cutting corners. Even made the valves face to 12 o'clock. So even though you don't normally see it, it's right. He replaced 6 water valves, moved a fridge water line, moved a gas line for new stove unit, and even put a gas valve on outside of house so we can hook up the BBQ directly. No more propane tanks. We will be having him back to put a tankless water heater and a sink in our garage. He is very knowledgeable and I appreciate his attention to perfect detail. I asked Paul to evaluate a shower valve that was not working properly since I had a tankless water heater installed. Before addressing the valve issue he noticed that the plumber I hired did not install the venting for the water heater properly and did a poor job in sweating connections to the old shutoff. He then learned that the plumber put in a bypass valve to recirculate water. He said the bypass valve needed to be disconnected to make the shower valve work properly, and he was right and saved me money. I did have him redo the water heater venting and install 2 new shutoff valves. He did excellent work in correcting the poor work of the original plumber. Paul has done work in my home 3 times and each time we have been 100% satisfied. We had a slab leak a few years ago and Paul gave us an excellent price to repair the pipe. This was major work as he had to pinpoint the leak and break into our tile to fix the pipe. They only had to break 3 tiles to get the job done.
