I recently purchased an in wall oven from Lowe's that I needed installed asap . For whatever reason the scheduling department for Lowe's dropped the ball and didn't schedule my install as requested. After 3 days of me calling Lowe's & either talking to an answering machine or an annoyed customer service with the same vague promise to call me back I called it quits , swallowed the cost and went searching for another option. Did I mention I was also on a strict time crunch since this was for a rental property & I happened to live out of state. I really did not want to have to purchase another round trip air fair ticket. I had what seemed like a small problem that ended up being a big problem. Jesse and his tech Pete made it go away. The microwave portion of my Bosch oven-microwave combination failed. Since the microwave could not be repaired I had to replace it. After lots of research online I found a Bosch model that was approximately the same size as the original and I got a trim plate to go with it. What I didn't know was that the old microwave and the oven are attached together as a unit. This made the removal of the original and the installation of a new model a major job that required adjustments to the attachments between the units and an alteration of the cabinet to accommodate the new trim plate. This wasn't something that I was going to try to do myself. To make a long story short, Pete figured out what needed to be done. The end result is beautiful (see the picture) and you would never know that the microwave is a replacement unit. Jesse's prices were very reasonable and I would unhesitatingly recommend ProAppliance Installers to anyone facing an appliance installation problem. read more

I'm so happy with the work completed by Mauricio and Jesse from this company. Super thorough, paid attend to detail, were prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and super accommodating. Long story short.. we bought a commercial duel fuel range from Home Depot and paid for installation. The HD sub contractor who was to install, capital or capitol logistics who is apparently the only HD sub in our area, could not figure out to finish the installation. To be fair they did get it 90% there and we could use the new range, but couldn't get across the finish line. We waited more than 3 weeks and 4 scheduled appointments (2 of which were no shows/no notifications) when HD admitted they had no subs in the Inland Empire that could finish the installation ‍ and while they would refund some of the installation charges and other accessories, we were basically on our own. I called Frigidaire who gave me a couple of authorized installers, one of which said they don't install, but fortunately they had a referral to Pro Appliance Installers who could do it. WHEW! so thankful we found this professional knowledgeable company. Would highly recommend. read more

I needed a vanity removed and new vanity assembled and installed. I was going to use a handyman that was a little better priced but went with this company because of availability before Christmas. I asked if they were experienced in vanities since their specialty is appliances, which they were. I thought that the price was fair and service was good but could have been better for a few reasons. It seemed like they were not prepared with proper tools and we had to use some if our own and go to Home Depot. Also, we were left having to finish up connecting the pipes which was supposed to be a simple task but turned out not to be. "All we needed" was extensions for the pipes, which we had to research how to install with the short space and 3 trips to Home Depot to get the right sizing and one of the pipes that we could not turn because we didnt have the proper equipment. The technician said he would come out to finish up if needed, which we struggled to do on our own and when we finally asked him to come out for the stuck pipe, we didnt get a response. It just ended up being a lot more work for us who are no experts over the course of more than a week. Also, the silicone glue stains were a nightmare to get off the new vanity. read more

I like their response time and I believe that their pricing is reasonable. I used Yelp to look for appliance installer for my over the range microwave. I could have just go with BestBuy installations since I purchased the microwave there but I thought my request will be a little complicated. The HT of the new microwave is almost an inch over than the previous one plus my backsplash ( granite) was cut exactly to the specification of the old microwave. So I thought, maybe they need to cut through the granite to make it fit but they just drill over it. Voila! it's installed now. Leo ( installer) said it will be fine and it looked good and secure. He answers all my questions while he is installing my microwave, which is nice. He is courteous. Long Story - Costco failed us and set up the install with another company that failed to show up or call, by the time we figured out they weren't going to come the next appointment with was more than 2 weeks away. Called Pro Appliance installers on Saturday afternoon, Talked to Jesse, he said he would check the schedule and got back to me with an appointment for Sunday, less than 24 hours later. Sunday comes and Jimmy lets me know he is on the way, Jimmy arrives and the first thing he does is cover up the stove to keep dust and dirt out of the stove, then he gets to work. Terrible install. I hired them to install a double oven. When they finished my tenant send me a picture of the completed work. There is a large gap at the top. I called the manager and he said that's definitely not acceptable and would call me back. Instead he had the installer call me back and the installer told me he would charge me $85 to fix it! What!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He should have called me during installation to let me know any issues that arose. He blamed the tenant even though the tenant isn't the owner, didn't pay for it, nor was the installer authorized to take orders from the tenant. The mgr. called me back and said they'll come back and uninstall the unit and I can have the cabinet repaired, then call them back to reinstall. That's nuts!!! read more

After reading reviews here I was hopeful that this would be the right company, but now disappointed. Our range hood was recently installed by someone else, who did a poor job on the vent ducting. So I called Jessie and then we texted after that. I explained what the problem was and sent pictures. I told him that I needed someone to come and look at the job and give me an estimate. Jessie replied with two prices: $300 to do only part of the job, $650 to include work that shouldn't be required. And he said someone could be here tomorrow. This seemed too sketchy, so I clarified that I want an estimate, not ready to hire until I get more than one opinion and price. I need to know what I'm paying for before I make a deal. Well, Jessie said an estimate will cost me $50. So I guess I'm supposed to pay him to find out if he's the right person for my job. No thanks. read more

We were doing a full kitchen remodel and removed the above range microwave in favor of a range hood. Pro Appliance Installers Robert/Ryan were great! I received a call with their ETA which was very considerate. They were able to move an outlet and rebuild the strangely angled ducting. Competent and professional at all times. They were very respectful in my home and left the area clean and tidy. The hood was even cleaned and polished! New appliances will be forthcoming and we plan to decline the big box store install service in lieu of Pro Appliance. One star removed due to an appointment they did not keep. Jesse set up the appointment for 8am via text but nobody showed. My impression is there was a momentary lack of communication/miscommunication with the scheduler (Jesse) and the installers. I was working with my Home Warranty company. My Kitchen Aid double wall oven broke and the Home Warranty agreed to replace it. That part about my Home Warranty was great. They even agreed to pay for installation and haul away but that is where everything went south. We tried to find an installer and after a very stressful week, Whirlpool didn't come through. Even though my Home Warranty did make arrangements to install and haul away, something went wrong with communications and no one could fix it. Long story short, they failed with that part. Then I had to find my own appliance installer and make sure that the new one would fit in the same space. It is not easy to find just an appliance installer and most companies only install items you buy from them.. Pro Appliance Installers came thought for me. Jesse was extremely helpful and worked with me for quite a few discussions to make sure it would work. I hired them based on the reviews. He sent Vincent and another wonderful helper and they took out the old oven in about 10 minutes and had the new one installed in about an hour. I was worried it didn't fit, but they didn't seem to have any issues. After installation they explained how to work it. Vincent even helped me with another issue regarding another appliance. He went above the call of duty. Only two issues. I think they should take away all the packing materials and I wasn't able to pay by credit card. The system was down, but I paid by Zelle which was pretty simple. I would highly recommend this company. They are prompt and very helpful and very professional. read more

Wonderful experience with our Over the Range Microwave installation. This was our first OTR Microwave, we have tiles backsplash, all the way to the top. Home Depot declined to install it, due to their policy with liability issues, what if the tile or granite backsplash cracks.. I called Pro Appliance if they can install it and is it even safe(any hazard?) Jesse assured that it can be done without any problem. He sent his team Michael and David, the next day, the work was done with perfection, and our tiles backsplash is intact. That saved us the hassle of getting the tiles removed. After purchasing our home we were having issues getting our washer/dryer installed properly. It had become a frustrating process because Home Depot came a few times and left every time with some excuse as to what part/piece we were missing. We reached out to have Pro Appliance Installers put up a new hood over our range as part of a kitchen remodel. The installers were friendly and good at the installation part. HOWEVER, they left a massive mess on my brand new wood floor. They didn't put plastic down before they started to cut into anything and now the drywall dust is all over. They tried to sweep up before they left, but the drywall dust penetrated the cracks of the wood and is shown all over. Their footprints are also tracked all over the house. We just had our house cleaned YESTERDAY. Pretty sloppy to not use plastic before starting work. I wouldn't use them again. read more

I'd give them 10 stars if I could! I called Pro Appliance around 5:30 PM on a Saturday evening a couple weeks ago and got voicemail, so I hung up without leaving a message and kept calling around and researching Yelp and Google for highly rated (and reasonably priced) appliance installers in my area to install a new gas cooktop and range hood. I was surprised when my phone rang about a half hour later and saw it was Pro Appliance. It was Jesse (the owner) returning my call from a missed call. Wow! That had me pleased already as it showed commitment. I followed Jesse's instructions to send him photos of the boxes containing the cooktop and range hood so he could send me a quote for installation, and I happily accepted his very reasonable quote and made arrangements to have his workers come over on Monday for the installation. On Sunday he texted me to give me the time the installers would arrive on Monday and the names of his workers. Note that quotes are for simple removal and installation of appliances that fit as is, and Jesse made it clear that if extra parts or work was necessary due to the deviation of sizes of old and new there would be extra charges. This makes perfect sense to me because you don't know what you don't know until you're there doing the work in the moment. Jesse sent me his best guy Robert and his helper Joe who were SUPER professional, hard working and gracious! There were some curveballs in terms of some extra work that I wasn't aware would be involved because I had not measured the cooktop space which was smaller than the new cooktop that had been purchased and a few other things that were not simple hiccups to get around. Jesse could have stuck me with crazy extra charges, but he was super reasonable in adding charges for the tile cutting and duct work, gas line and so forth and the extra labor. I cannot begin to tell you what a relief that was to me AND how surprising this was given how many people are out to take advantage of people - especially to take advantage of women in this world! Robert made sure I knew how to turn on my cooktop and range hood and made me aware of all the special features they had before he left. He and Joe vacuumed up all the dust created from the tile cutting too and cleaned up all the trash and took it out for me! Talk about going above and beyond! Jesse is a stand up guy who respects his customers and his business and has great guys working for him which is a great reflection on him. I literally felt like all three of them were my family by the end of Monday when it was all said and done and my beautiful cooktop and range hood had been installed! I most definitely recommend them to anyone seeking appliance installers in the future! Save yourself the time of researching others because this is the team you want!! read more

I had purchased a new washing machine from Best Buy. They were to move and haul away the broken washing machine, to secure the néw drip pan, Install the pedestal and washing machine, and none of that happened. They claimed they couldn't do the installation because a faucet knob was missing and they weren't allowed to turn water off from the house. They didn't think to have a family member to turn the house water off. When ai called Best Buy to let them know what happened, the installers were apparently not trained to turn off house water. I called Best Buy a second time. I had an employee on the phone. During a hold I was put back in the general loop. I never managed to complete a solution with them. In the meantime, another family member called and found, "Pro Appliance Installers". They were hero's. They were in a neighboring city and were able to come over the same day (today). They let us know what needed to be done to complete the installation correctly. They had to remove the laundry room door to get items in and installed. When completed, they put the door back on. 2 months ago i was looking for someone to instal the range top that i purchased. I checked Yelp and that's where i found Pro Appliance Installer.they got pretty good review overall. I called and Jessie the owner told me that they would be able to come the next day to instal. His helper worker Robert came and did the installation. After the opening was cut, he pushed the unit in, and cracked the counter top on both sides, along with a couple of glass tiles on back splash. Robert apologized and called the boss to give him the bad news. Then he said they will have to replace the countertop, and the repair as needed. I was stupid to pay him in full after he finished the installation as he promised me that they are the kind of outfit that take off after they got pay. For 2 months now, i called them weekly, both the owner Jessie and his helper Robert, they always have an excuse not able to come back to take care of the damage they did. I texted both of them today to find out they both blocked my phone. Now looks like i will have to pay someone else to fix the damages they did as they are eyesore to me. By the way, the cut they made for the range is terrible, got a big gap on one side and that bothered me big time. Spoke with Jesse to try to coordinate a simple fix to secure a loose dishwasher. He quoted $150 because they determined a condo was somehow a commercial property. His guy shows up with no notice at the rental property with an occupying tenant. Security of course denied access. Horrible customer service. No scheduling, to text, no phone call. Gave him the benefit of the doubt to reschedule and he was short, rude, and did not apologize or own up to mistake in scheduling. I strongly recommend to call a different vendor unless you want a horrible experience. read more
