The fruit flavors come from "real" fruit syrup, so they taste good, but not quite as good as a smoothie made with actual whole fruit. You can get optional "boosts" which offer vaguely defined nutritional or functional benefits. Nutritional information is available on the website. Smoothies are the only thing on the menu.
