The whole experience was wonderful, Gary Beneventi was very professional and a pleasure to work with from the development through construction to finishing. His staff were very professional and it's obvious that they clearly knew their construction methods and how to please the customer. I would have no problem recommending them to anyone who needs pavers installed

We hired Pavers 4 less to demo our existing concrete deck and install new pavers and a concrete block retaining wall. We worked mainly with Gary who was extremely responsive. He was at the job site everyday overseeing the work. Both Gary and Joe had great ideas for our paver selection and new retaining wall. Gary was wonderful to work with and very conscientious. We will definitely hire them again for our next paving job. They were a pleasure and we wish all contractors were this wonderful! We recommend them highly!!!

I am very pleased with the work done by Pavers for Less. I had definite ideas about what I wanted and had made some drawings. Some people might find my obsessing over details annoying, but they understood and were confident enough to add suggestions based upon their experience. They were courteous to my neighbors, cleaned up all the debris, and assisted me in saving enough pavers for a small future project. I love the results!

WOW!!! Great company and great experience! We had about 4,000 s.f. of cracking pool decking and old deteriorating Saltillo tiles. Joe Marsh came in and recommended a travertine overlay, which eliminated much of the cost of demoing the existing surfaces. As needed for elevation, he demoed selected areas and then installed the pavers. The end result is beautiful and exceeded our expectation. He also resurfaced our pool (fiberglassed previously) with a new pebble finish. His crews were fast, efficient and thorough with all aspects of their work. After completion Joe Marsh came out and recommended additions to our entry for appearance, and did the work at no additional charge. By the way, Joe did this work over two years ago.....no regrets.......he is a very professional businessman that knows what to do and how to do it. Highly recommend him!

Joe also was not satisfied with the original acid wash on the mini pebble after the pool was refilled.

I received 3 bids, including one with the same manufacturer that came in about $7,000 more. We brainstormed design ideas so the center cover wouldn't be so low and we came up with the 3 tier approach. I went ahead and splurged with insulation, fan, lights and the "4k" aluminum beams to have 4 post (instead of 6 with alumiwood). The one area, as I've seen on some of the other comments is the scheduling/communication issue. Like other contractors, they sometimes have multiple projects in parallel, and sometimes it wasn't clear which days they were coming and when they were going to finish. So, I did have to text to check in with the owner, Ulysses. I did have a chat with him, and he was receptive to the feedback. Overall, YES I would recommend and use them again.

They were also very late showing up for the installation job and it took twice as long as they said it would

I finally had it replaced last April 2025 by Skyline Patio and Sunrooms with an insulated cover. One year later, it has passed the test through hot weather, rain and wind. No more frying eggs on the concrete floor! I was very very happy with the service I received from this company. Joe, the manager, and Rick design rep, Darrin construction manager, Andrea production coordinator, Dianna sales coordinator, and others that came to do the work on site, were all professional and a real blessing in getting my new patio cover designed and put together with the features I wanted. The crew that worked on site demonstrated much care and passion in the work they did. The crew took time to answer my questions and even made a video on my phone so I could remember how the wiring was done for my patio light and fan. I have gutters on each side and also had outlets put in. Today the temperature in my backyard in the sun is 102°F. In the shade of my Avocado tree the temp is 96°F. The ambient temperature under my insulated patio cover is 84°F!! That's an 18 degree difference! The company responded quickly to my initial call and once material was in, had the work completed within 2 days. They took down and removed the old cover, prepped the areas needed, and cleaned up afterwards. Out of all the companies I met with, Skyline Sunrooms came out as my top choice. I highly recommend Skyline Patio and Sunrooms to anyone. They have a cute little showroom, too!

I reached out to them about doing an Alumawood patio cover for my backyard, and I couldn't be happier with the final product. Eric, the design lead on my project, was extremely knowledgeable and responsive throughout the process. He walked me through everything to make sure his design aligned with my vision. It's clear he takes a lot of pride in his work. I was so impressed by his professionalism and his attention to detail. I was really concerned with how this patio cover was going to tie in to my existing roof (which was not easy), and Darrin, the construction manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He even came by to speak with my roofer, to make sure that everything was going to be seamless and built to last. He really cared about making sure I was happy with what they were building. I'm extremely grateful for his partnership on this project. What a fantastic human and the utmost professional. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about this company. They have great people, they do outstanding work, and they truly care about making their customers happy. Also shout out to Joe the manager, who worked with me on price to get this patio cover completed within my budget.

Pacific patio installed my patio cover and installed the lights, fans, internal gutters, outlets, and completed the permits needed for there portion of the project. People onsite were fantastic, hard working, and helped me understand what was being done. Gave me options along the process. I was able to call audibles like canceling my sunroof since we decided it was not needed and the cost was de-ducted. The concrete pour for the vertical stands I feel we're over engineered. It's incredibly solid and large pour. Cover is insulated and can be walked on no problem. This cover has completely changed how we host and how we live. Heck we took our inside dining table and moved it outside. We don't even host inside anymore. Some things that if I had to knit-pick or add feature in the future. The dinning lights are great but it would be nice if I we could do color changing selection lights. The placement of the fans are limited to specific channels within the roof structure which I did not realize before hand. Mine worked out pretty good but would have been nice to have a more custom placement of fans or placement of the lights. Also, I have a small gap between cover and wall where my main door is so some rain does get through. Hoping to add some skirt metal and deflect that rain onto the top of the cover. That said it's still a fantastic product but maybe future tech/changes will give this option.

The price he quoted me on the phone was too high for my budget, but he admitted he wouldn't pay that much to fix the gazebo either. His honesty and straight forwardness earns him a 5 star rating and future consideration for any decks or patios I might decide to build. And you may ask, who was this magic handyman that I ended up using? Well, Smokin' Joe doesn't advertise, and you won't find him on Yelp (I promised I wouldn't start a Yelp page for him), his work comes from personal recommendations from his clients, and he's got enough to keep him busy till retirement. So, thanks Dave, your friend Joe is the real deal, just like you.
