This ice cream store is so good. They have your traditional flavors, but also have original creations and flavors. Pav's makes adult milkshakes as well which many places around us don't. Decided to try a sundae the other day as well as a drumstick and an ice cream oatmeal cookie sandwich. Each item was plenty to split between multiple people, at least for us. Portions were large for sure so I think prices are very reasonable. Everything we tried was very good and fresh tasting. Probably the best Pav's location of the bunch. Such a wide variety of ice cream and sherbet and sundaes and bowls and dishes. You'll fall in love with anything you get. It's also great that they have food as well if you want a full meal, however, the ice cream should be your main focal point. One of their big selling points is all of their adult milkshakes. You will not be disappointed in these at all. I have had probably 10 different ones and love every single one. They also quite frequently have adult flavor of the month shakes that are always sure to hit as well. They also have sherbet Moscow mules and other adult infused items not just shakes. You can also purchase pints of their ice cream to take home, non alcoholic ones though. I visited PAVS with a group of people and we all were there close to closing time. One of my children needed a chair, as I went to grab one stacked on another one, an employee rudely said "You know we are closed, right." I asked them if it was ok to grab a chair for my child and they ignored me and walked away. They proceeded to go to their co-workers and whisper what happened to them, all while looking at me. I am a minority and I was with a group of non minority people who were not addressed or approached about the company closing. (Keep in mind our group was there over 30 minutes) I feel it's very hurtful to make a minority feel like they are not welcomed during "closing time," especially when there were at least 20+ other non minority people there who none of the employees never said anything to. I will be reaching out the Nik Pappas to get some resolve regarding the rude and discriminatory employee. Such a shame this is 2025, stop the discriminating! Yum! We stopped in here after dinner with the intent of grabbing an Adult Milkshake to take back to our hotel. BOO! The adult shakes must be eaten in the creamery. What a bummer! After a quick look at the menu we went with the Sticky Toffee Sundae. My dear lord it was fantastic. Definitely large enough for two adults. The creamy ice cream got all melty from the warm pudding down in the bottom of the bowl. There was a very large piece of the pudding too, rich and caramely, sticky and oh so delicious! Just the perfect amount of sweetness combined with the ice cream. The girls at the counter were cheery and sweet too. Absolutely loved this place! The ICE CREAM is straight up delicious. My friend and I came here and ordered the ice cream flight. For $5, you get to sample 4 huge scoops of ice cream! We tried the blueberry cheesecake, mint chocolate chip, cookie dough, and cookie monster. BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE was amazing. The blueberry didn't taste artificial at all, and the chunks of cheesecake were a dream come true. My second favorite was the cookie monster, which was bright blue and had chunks of oreos and cookie dough! How could you not love such a creation! Also, even for two girls who love ice cream, this flight was definitely something to share. I low key contemplated getting my own flight of ice creams to try, but definitely glad I didn't. Also just a heads up, it didn't look like this place offered any samples, so I didn't get to try any flavors before I ordered it (risky move, I know), but you can always try and ask I guess. But the employees were super helpful and told us that they loved the cookie monster and blueberry cheesecake. When I first walked in, it was overwhelming. Wonderful chicken pot pies and adult milk shakes... strange way to start a review of an ice cream place... but after the great bogo sale through either Belly or their Facebook page it seems the best place to educate newbies. This location is open year round and they post the "flavor of the week" months in advance on Facebook. The cooler holds $2 pints or get hand packed pints, quarts or half gallons while you wait. The champagne sorbet is an amazing change of pace... the vanilla is an awesome pie/cake companion. Next month baklava comes up again in the rotation... can't wait! read more

There are a few others in the greater Akron/Canton area that do a good turtle sundae with custard, but this one ranks fairly high. I scream, you scream.... We all know how that goes. So this was part two of my birthday celebration treat from my dearest. We had dinner before this so this stop was dessert. I've never been to a Pav's nor to this area since it was done so it was a nice treat. We both opted for the alcoholic versions me they were both pretty good. I forgot what we got exactly but we didn't finish it because they were pretty big. I know you're not supposed to get trashed off of them but I didn't phase me at all and I'm pretty lightweight. The place gets pretty busy as we sat outside to enjoy the sun since it was April when we came. Overall a nice place and I need to come back to try their banana split. A while back, my Taekwondo instructor gave us coupons for free kids cones. I had never been to Pav's (to which my local friends would gasp and jeer when I told them)! The Green location is the only Pav's we've been to, and it is a clean, conveniently located creamery with plenty of parking! There are lots of tables inside and on the patio outside, as well as stools so you can sit "at the bar/counter." My children and I sat at the ice cream counter. They absolutely LOVED their ice cream. You can't go wrong with a cone and a couple of excited children! At the time I was on a diet, so I only took a taste from each of my boys' cones. I have to say, the ice cream is really good! This place can get super busy, especially when it's hot outside (and it surprisingly stays busy in the cold winter, as well!), so I suggest preparing to wait on line for about 15 minutes before you can order your treat. We got multiple eye rolls from the ice cream professional as we debated between flavors. The ice cream professional was well versed in her knowledge but rushed our decisions due to her impatience. I kept it simple and had the chocolate almond and butter pecan (flavor of the week) custards. The custard is soft, smooth and creamy with good mellow flavors. I especially enjoyed the large fresh pecans that were mixed in. A good place to stop if you are in the area. read more
