What a fantastic weekend. I was able to enjoy my brief vacation knowning that my furry member of my family was safe and secure. I was referred by my vet and boy am I glad. They were right! When I walked into the office it was very clean and professional looking, yet inviting. I met the owner and staff at that time and was very impressed with their knowledge and care. I am very particular with who watches and cares for my baby. The boarding went well and my dog was very happy and not stressed out. She was bathed and ready for me to pick her up. I also took advantage of the training program and was amazed at the results in such a short period of time. I LOVE getting my dog's grooming done here. My dog is a min pin, so he's very low maintenance. Just requires a nail clipping (which I'm terrified of doing because I might cut too deep) and an anal sac expression (which I don't know how to do for jack) to prevent him scooting on the carpet. This place does a la carte services for that - ranging from $2-15. For those two services it cost me $23, $10 for each service and a tip. Remember its a service! My dog is pretty shy around others because of his history (he was adopted), but every time they go behind the door and come back out, he hears the other dogs barking and wants to go in again! To play, to explore, who knows... Everyone's dog is different, every owner is different. For me at first, I wanted to go behind the door with them. I was a nervous dog mommy. But as you observe your dog and how they treat him/her, you'll do just fine with this place. read more

I love bringing my dog here. They are polite on the phone, in person, and the fact that my dog doesn't freak out as we arrive lets me know that she is treated well. I am ashamed to disclose that my dog was a hot mess. She is a hairy shih tzu/maltese that had a couple knots and desperately needed a makeover. First experience at the end of April seemed to be good. I had asked them to give her a bath the day I picked her up. Instead of just a bath, they did a full grooming service, which included ear cleaning and nail trimming. Everything seemed fine, so I scheduled a 2nd stay for 9 nights two weeks later. When I picked her up from the 2nd stay, she could not get to the door quicker to go home. Once home, I noticed that she was licking her paw profusely. When I checked her paw, I saw that her nail was completely split down the middle. I immediately took her to the vet the following day and the vet confirmed that this incident occurred 4 - 5 days prior, which would have been while in Paw In Orders care. When I contacted Brittany, she was apologetic, but said she had no idea how this happened, and that there was no evidence of blood in the kennel. A nail split like this, bleeds heavily and is extremely painful. As a pet owner, I understand that accidents can happen. This could have been caused by the nail trim two weeks prior (cut too short), by getting caught on something, etc. What I'm upset about, is that Brittany did not take ownership that the incident happened while in her care, and the fact that no one noticed. I would not feel safe taking my dog back here for boarding. read more

This location was great when they were occupied by Jollie Collie Pet Spa, however has not been the same since Taken over by Britney. I recently took my pup in and the groomer scooped a chunk of skin out of his torso. When the groomer stated she gave him a small knick, she downplayed the severity of the cut. The owner takes no responsibility and states that this will happen when matted. So forewarning, if you dog has any type of matting ( I brushed my dog out prior to arrival) they will blame the owner for any cuts. read more

I bring my dog here every time I need to go out of town. He loves this place! As soon as I take him out of the car he runs to the back excited. Normally he doesn't abundantly like to be around other dogs too much, but the photos Paw in Order posts on their Facebook page, as well as everything the woman at the front desk tells me, confirms otherwise. He does wonderful - never barks and loved spending time with the other pups. He returns home behaved and in perfect form. I love this place - they're friendly animal lovers who I trust completely with my pet. In addition, they remember his name and know exactly what food he eats and what he needs. I LOVE Paw in Order, affectionately called PIO in our household. I have been sending my dog here for daycare and weekend boarding for almost 2 years. The staff here is AWESOME! They take such good care of my dog and he LOVES coming here! As soon as my car gets near the premises he can't wait to get out and play! I've been struggling for years to find a place that can accomdate all three of our dogs. We have a Lab and 2 Jack Russels. Not only were the facilities spotless, and inviting, our dogs felt right at home. What an amazing feeling when needing to board the furry members of your family. Also, one of our Jacks was so tough on the leash...after 2 session with the trainer not only is Rufus healing, but he sits at every stop. We could not more happy with our decision with Paw in Order. This place has excellent custimer service and puppy service! Everytime I call for boarding they have availability which is really helpful! One time when my dad and I dropoed off my dog they gave us a tour of the facility and we were both impressed by how big the place was and how clean it was! They really have everything set up nice for the dogs and they have plenty of space. My dog was never unfriendly with other dogs but he never seemed to care for them. He was very timid around other dogs but after just a few trips here he now loves playing with other dogs! Also Brittany gave me some great tips on training and adjusting him to being an outdoor dog! I am definitely sure he loves this place because when I went online to look for their number, I saw his happy smile posted on their website! My bf and I glanced and I was about to tell him, "Babe, doesn't this dog look like Kobe?" But right when I saw his bacon ear and the bell we put on his collar, we knew it was our boy! He's a model :) haha. This was for a May? visit. I called at around noon seeing if they have any availability for grooming. They were able to take him in around 1! Called around 2 and he was done! He loved it! Usually he hates the groom (our go-to is all the way in LA) and he looked so happy when he came out! She said he was cooperative and behaved, which made me one happy momma! He was so cute and cuddly with his bandana. In June, we called to ask if he can stay for about two days while we were moving to our new place. I think I called maybe one or two days in advance and they still took him! A lot of places are usually booked. He always loves it when he goes there and for some reason never wants to come home! We called on Monday (the day we were supposed to pick him up) and had to extend to Friday to get the new place cleaned up and ready for him! They were able to accommodate our needs and I am very thankful for that! :) They said he found his little clique of friends and got along with everyone just fine! read more

(Background story: the dog was rescued from a shelter and has anxiety issues with other dogs. She also has skin allergies when it gets warmer in the summer.) I brought my dog here for a few days when the family was out of town. We got her back and she had scabs on her face. It looked like she was in a fight or something, but it looked worse that it really was. I called in and they said she was fine and didn't have any issues with the other dogs, even while being walked up and down the isle of dogs in the kennel. They believed it to be her allergies, because it was a hot weekend. I also decided not to have her play with the other dogs since she gets really dominant over other dogs. After a few days home, she was back to normal. One thing I would like would be a live feed off a camera, but I would bring her back again. read more

I took my dog here to get groomed for the first time last weekend and I have to say that I love this place. Aside from the adorable name, they did a great job grooming, the price is comparable to other grooming shops I've been to and it's a MUCH better environment. They have play areas for the dogs (since they board as well) and were done within two hours so my dog wasn't stuck in a kennel all day. Most importantly they seem like they really care. After trying several different boarding and training facilities for dogs over the years, and not being overly impressed with any of them, I was in the market to find a new facility for our beloved furry friends. I happened to drive by Paw In Order and decided to stop in. The staff was extremely friendly and the facility was very welcoming. After speaking with the owner, my wife and I decided to schedule our dogs for day care. We recently took our two dogs to Paw In Order for day care and were thrilled that we finally found a home away from home for our two dogs. The staff is knowledgeable, and truly LOVES dogs. They cared for our dogs as if they were their own and nothing could have made us happier! We are now regular customers and our dogs get super excited every time we pull in to Paw In Order. Aside from day care, since my wife and I were so pleased with their day care services, we decided to board our pups during our summer vacation, something that has always been extremely difficult for my wife, as she has a hard time entrusting others with the care of her "babies". Upon picking our dogs up, we knew we finally found a board and care facility that we COMPLETEY trust and would actually recommend! My two small dogs stayed here for two nights. We are from AZ and needed a place for them to stay while we went to Disney before driving further north. I looked through yelp and this was the closest to the park and the cheapest. I appreciated that it was not just kennel boarding, and that they incorporate your dogs into play groups every hour. Ideally I would have my dogs stay at a kennel free boarding facility, but many require a "meet and greet" prior to dropping them off, something we didn't have time for being from out of state. The customer service wasn't phenomenal on location. When we arrived the lady at the desk barely looked at us and ran to the back on the phone. I called the first night to ask how they were doing (I know, I'm paranoid..) and got very little information. If I'm paying $60/night (more than our cheapy hotel near Disney) I would like a little more. For example, the kennel free facility in AZ provides facebook picture updates throughout the day and a boarding report email the day they leave. These simple things would put owners more at ease. Overall my dogs were safe and I suppose that's all that matters. read more

I started bringing my chiweenie Coco here three weeks ago for day care. She is a very anxious dog and I was concerned about her having a "good" experience at day care. Upon arrival I discussed my concerns with the staff and they assured me that they would keep an eye on Coco. At the end of the day when I picked Coco up she was a very happy and tired dog. I got a full report from Brittany about how Coco had done during the day and she was honest about Coco being very timid in the morning. How refreshing to have a business being honest and not sugar coat things. Needless to say Coco goes to day care twice a week now for the past three weeks. Each time we go she is less anxious and every day I collect her she is a happy dog. The team there is fantastic with the dogs. They work with you and your concerns and they are sensitive to the different natures of the different dogs. I was really nervous to board our dog, Ruby, while we went on vacation. Paw In Order was wonderful and we are so glad to have found them! Everyone I spoke to and met was wonderful, friendly, professional and I could tell they really cared about the dogs. I was able to call and check in which really made me feel better. When we picked her up, the girl who was helping us took her out to "potty" before getting in the car. I was able to see her and watch how Ruby was playing with her and how she was playing and loving on her. Our pup was happy when we picked her up and we are thrilled to have found Paw In Order! My dogs love it here so I love it. We have two German Shepherds who get very excited when they realize they are on their way here. We put them in for daycare quite often and also for boarding when my husband and I travel. My dogs always come home hungry and tired; just how I like them after I've been at work all day. They really seem to love it here, and I say that because they don't usually like strangers. I think the staff is great and friendly. The owner is great and very accommodating as I can't handle taking both dogs on their leashes to my car; she helps me. I definitely trust them because on our honeymoon one of our dogs got sick, and so they did all the right things to make sure she was well taken care of. Love, love this place. read more
