    I can't even write a review about the grooming and how good or bad they would be because my experience never took me that far. But let me tell you where it took me about this business. It took me to no accountability, no empathy and made me realize that some business owners are definitely in it for the money and not for the real purpose of the service they offer. Lynn, you are a terrible business owner, you are not true to your word, you don't offer sympathy and accountability. Doing a high-level summary here - in January, I took my rabbit to get groomed there. I understand that this is a cat and dog grooming service. However, her new groomer had reached out to me because she just moved to this new business. I had been with Daisy for many years and trusted her with my rabbit. When I dropped my rabbit off not even 20 minutes later, I got a phone call saying that my rabbit's tail was bleeding from her being brushed and that I need to take her to the vet to get it looked at. I rushed over there all scrambled minded to pick her up and took her to numerous vets that which no one was able to see her. It was obvious that my bunny was in shock and she was hurting but bunnies hide pain very well. I finally took her to VEG in Anaheim Hills and they showed me the extent and severity of the tear of her tail. The bill came out to be over $1000 and her tail might have been amputated, fortunately at the end the great people of VEG was able to save her tail after a month of taking her every single week to get it looked at and re-bandaged. Spoke to Lynn and she did not take any accountability and did not want to pay or help pay the bills. I myself was not expecting to have a hospital bill just a grooming bill, but it happened in her facility and I expected for her to take some kind of accountability which she took none. She then finally decided to meet me halfway and pay for half the bill, which I was very happy about. She was very stern on the phone with no kind of empathy and made it seem like it was my fault that my bunny's tail was bleeding. After many months of her saying the check was going to go in the mail. I got back from being out the country on a five week trip and it still was not there. So I called and said I was going to swing by and pick it up. She then sent me an email saying that she changed her mind and will not be paying anything towards the bill. What a terrible person and no integrity at all. Be aware going here because she only wants your money and does not care about your pets at all. Business owners like her should be ashamed of how they go into a service industry for your pets, which are like family, but she does not think of them like that at all. It was obvious from all her conversations that we spoke to on the phone that she really does not care about your pet. She only agreed to pay half when I said some things about her, not having any empathy and not caring for the animals that were brought into her business because to us they are family and our babies. I didn't have a problem paying the bills by myself, but it was her demeanor and lies.

    I took my dog here for the 1st time to get groomed plus the deshedding, and she did an amazing job. I will be taking my dog back there for sure I highly recommend this place . It's also so clean and smells fresh .

    Perfect spot for The Dog Spot! This new doggy daycare facility just opened 2 weeks ago and had a social media deal that we took advantage of today. There are a ton of doggy kennels with huge play areas, grooming stations, and even a cuddle couch. The staff are definitely dog lovers and are the best people to for pet sitting. Over night boarding is also available. The website is offering some really great first timer deals. You and your pets should definitely check them out!

This was my very first time doing any sort of dog care so I was really worried about leaving them. They did really well and my other dog had so much fun (he's a social butterfly). The main reason I chose this place vs all the other dog boarding is because they offer a "home" living experience rather than a facility/warehouse. My dogs always freely roams the house and lays on our bed, couch, wherever they please so I wanted something similar and Wendy's house provided that. I couldn't bare the thought of them being kept in a narrow sleeping quarter locked throughout the day. Thank you for taking great care of my babies! This place will definitely be my go-to for any future dog boarding.

    We've been bringing our pups to the Jamboree location for quite a while, and up until the beginning…read moreof this year, we had nothing but positive experiences. Last year, we brought them frequently and always felt confident leaving them there. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the facility felt clean, and our dogs always seemed happy to be there. That's why it's so disappointing to see how much things have changed since the ownership transition. Since the change in ownership, we've noticed a significant decline in the overall experience. The staff no longer feels as friendly or approachable. While there are still a few kind employees, several team members come across as cold and unhelpful, making drop-off feel uncomfortable and even a bit intimidating. It no longer feels like the warm, welcoming environment it once was. We've also noticed the facility doesn't seem nearly as clean as it used to be. Our dogs consistently come home smelling strongly of urine after daycare. We occasionally check the live cameras throughout the day and frequently see urine sitting on the playroom floors for extended periods before being cleaned up. If messes in the common play areas are left unattended, it raises concerns about how often the kennels are being cleaned when the dogs are resting. Combined with the odor our dogs come home with, it has made us question the overall cleanliness of the facility. Another noticeable change is how little time our dogs now seem to spend in the play areas. We'll pay for a half-day of daycare, and by the time we pick them up, we're lucky if they've spent more than 30 minutes interacting with other dogs. The majority of their visit appears to be spent kenneled. We choose daycare because we want our dogs to have a safe, clean environment where they can socialize and play. If they're spending most of their visit in a kennel, it's difficult to justify paying for daycare when they could be comfortably resting at home in a cleaner environment for free. Customer service has also become frustrating. Recently, one of our dogs came home without his collar. We didn't realize it until we got home, so we called the facility and were told someone would call us back because they were too busy at the moment. We never received a callback. After calling several more times over the next few days without getting an answer, we ultimately had to drive to the facility ourselves just to ask about and retrieve the collar. Pickup has also become much slower than it used to be, often requiring a long wait before our dogs are brought out. We're genuinely disappointed because we loved this location for a long time and trusted the team with our pets. Unfortunately, since the ownership change, we've experienced a noticeable decline in cleanliness, customer service, and the overall level of care. We hope these concerns are taken seriously because we'd love to see this location return to the high standard that made us loyal customers in the first place.

We love that they provide cameras so we can check in on our fur baby. The staff keeps everything clean, changes the towels regularly, and makes sure she is comfortable and well cared for throughout her stay. On days when she just needs some extra playtime and socialization, daycare is the perfect place for her to have fun with other doggos. She is such a great communicator and problem solver and treated our pets as her own. As Animal Villa has continued to expand its team and services, she has purposefully curated a team that mirrors her love and respect for her clients' pets and their homes. Everyone else she's introduced us to in her network such as Missy and Brithany, have gone above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and that we can relax on our vacations, knowing that everything and everyone is in good hands. They over-communicate, send photos and problem-solve as needed. Our dog is a finicky eater and they go out of their way to try different ways to feed her to make sure she's happy and fed. Our cat often hides for the first bit and they still send us photos of him in his hiding spots so we know they have eyes on him. These acts have provided us an immense amount of reassurance that we have the right people taking care of our fur babies!
