We lost our only 13 year old lab the day after easter in 2021. My wife thought I needed another dog since she said I looked lonely. Soooo she surprised me with a puppy an english labrador. I was calling around for a day care for Oliver (that's what i named him) that was close to my work. I found paw n order, asked some question and felt comfortable. When Oliver turned 4 months after all his shots then he went off to school (that's what i call daycare). Brittany, Kai and all the staff are really good with Oliver. Lets fast forward to now that Oliver is now 15 months, he is really good with other dogs with the help of the crew that helped him to socialize him with all the dogs and giving every dog cuddles and love and attention just like if they were home with there own family. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a place that gives & treats your fur baby as there own.

Took my pup to be groomed for the first time at Paw In Order. He was bad separation anxiety and just bad anxiety in general, especially in new places. Heather was was groomer and she did a fantastic job. She said she gave him breaks during grooming as he's an older dog. He came out looking like a new pup. I am beyond happy with their services. My pup even looks younger! Thank you! (Before on right, After on left)

I bring my boys for daycare and boarding on a regular and they always come home tired and happy! Staff is friendly and very informative! Easy process to get registered. So glad I found a place that loves and cares for my boys as much as I do. Definitely would recommend this place over any other facility I've gone to.

We left our pitbull for 3 weeks because we were out on a trip. The place seemed very friendly and so did the staff, but when we came back we saw that my pitbull was super skinny he used to have muscle before but now he seems skinny af. He seemed happy on the stories. Also he has like an injury on the side of his face prolly not the people fault but I'm mad that they didn't inform me about it.

Look at this cutie with his fresh cut!

I had to leave an immediate review since this was my best dog grooming experience to date. I made an appointment just a few days in advance and was able to get a 10 AM Saturday appointment. Showed up at 10 AM and they were prompt with taking Foxy in to the back to start his cut immediately. He has bad separation anxiety so he starts to cry and shriek and soon as he is apart from me. I saw on the security camera screen that the groomer was HUGGING HIM AND ROCKING HIM LIKE A BABY IN THE BACK!!!!! Thank you for loving my baby like your own. I saw him calm down before I left. They called me at 11:10 AM to pick him up and he looks amazing! Additionally, he had some matting around his ears and they didn't even charge extra for that. Will be back!

Fresh cut! Thanks paw in order!!

Love these guys! Such a professional and organized business. I've been very satisfied with the grooming services my dogs JJ and Charlie have received here. Another thing I like a lot is that they require an up to date vaccine record for all dogs they groom and pet sit

My Frenchie, Blue, and Puggle, Olive, stayed at Paw in Order over the holidays when my usual sitter cancelled on me last minute. Brittany was really helpful and responded quickly with quotes for their stay and in getting all my intake paperwork taken care of. You can tell that the people there really love dogs and they care a lot about their clients. They let me go back and take a look at the kennels before I took my dogs in so that I could see where my dogs would be staying. I also got back all my toys and blankets I brought for them, which is nice because I know those things can be lost. I just took my dogs back in for another last minute stay while I go out of town for a wedding. I really thought they might freak out because I left them there before, but they were really excited go to back and happily went with Brittany to the back where the kennels are. Usually they refuse to go with anyone but me, even when my boyfriend is taking them outside to use the bathroom. It made me really happy to see that they were comfortable with the staff and the facility and that they were excited to go back. I'm really obsessive about my dogs' care and I worry a lot about them when I'm not with them. Olive has a lot of anxiety and Blue has allergies, but I feel really comfortable leaving my dogs at Paw in Order because I know they're getting a lot of attention in a small facility. I recommend Paw in Order to anyone who needs boarding or daycare for their dogs. They sent me an email with pictures and let me know how my dogs were doing also! I'm really glad I found such a good facility that is really affordable and has such great service. Thanks, Paw in Order!

Loved how professional this business is with its customers! The facility is clean, well-run and they seem loving to the dogs. My dogs stayed at Paw In Order for four days over Memorial weekend. The price was reasonable. I appreciated that they let both dogs stay in the same dog run. My dogs were happy and had lots of energy when I picked them up. Great price, too!

Just lounging after a hard day playing!

My 54 lb Jindo does not do well with strangers, she is all bark but no bite. I was very anxious bringing her to any dog care but Wendy was willing to do an assessment prior to their stay. This was my very first time doing any sort of dog care so I was really worried about leaving them. They did really well and my other dog had so much fun (he's a social butterfly). The main reason I chose this place vs all the other dog boarding is because they offer a "home" living experience rather than a facility/warehouse. My dogs always freely roams the house and lays on our bed, couch, wherever they please so I wanted something similar and Wendy's house provided that. I couldn't bare the thought of them being kept in a narrow sleeping quarter locked throughout the day. Thank you for taking great care of my babies! This place will definitely be my go-to for any future dog boarding.

August 11th The Day We Lost Louie…read more Our six-year-old French Bulldog, Louie, died from heatstroke just two and a half hours into what we were told would be a four-hour trial day at this daycare. We were told the purpose of the trial was simply to see whether Louie could get along with other dogs. We were never told that he would be taken to a dog park or participate in strenuous outdoor activity. We chose this daycare because the owner told us she owns a French Bulldog herself, and because the daycare had very good reviews. We trusted that our French Bulldog would be understood and properly cared for. What happened that day is something we will never forget. 9:00 AM -- We dropped Louie off for his four-hour trial. 9:30 AM -- Just 30 minutes later, Louie was taken to a dog park for outdoor activity without our knowledge. We had never been told that he would be taken off the daycare premises or to a dog park. The temperature that day ranged from approximately 77°F to 85°F. 10:18 AM -- According to the daycare, Louie vomited after the activity. We were not informed when it happened. 11:30 AM -- More than an hour after he vomited, we received a photo of his vomit. At the same time, we were communicating about payment and completing a reservation for his future stay. We were given no indication that Louie was experiencing a potentially life-threatening emergency. 11:45 AM -- We received a phone call telling us that Louie was not breathing. 12:00 PM -- Louie was pronounced dead from heatstroke. Our dog went into the daycare alive and healthy at 9:00 AM. By noon, he was dead. What is especially devastating is what we learned afterward. We were told that they had never seen Louie breathing so heavily before. We were also told that they had tried giving him water, but he was vomiting. For a French Bulldog, excessive panting, vomiting, and difficulty breathing in hot conditions can be serious warning signs of overheating and heatstroke. French Bulldogs are particularly vulnerable to heat because of their shortened airways and difficulty cooling themselves efficiently through panting. Yet during the critical period when Louie was apparently struggling, we received no immediate warning and no update about his condition. The owner was also not present at the daycare at the time. We later learned that she had a doctor's appointment, which contributed to a delay in communication. While the adults were dealing with schedules, appointments, and communication, Louie was suffering--and we knew nothing. This was supposed to be a simple four-hour trial to see whether Louie could socialize with other dogs. We never agreed to have him taken to a dog park in temperatures reaching 85°F. We never imagined that he would be subjected to strenuous outdoor activity in hot weather. We are devastated that Louie was placed in this situation while in someone else's care. We trusted this daycare because we believed they understood French Bulldogs. That trust was shattered in the worst possible way. Louie was in their care. We trusted them to keep him safe. We expected him to come home. He never did. Louie was not just a dog. He was part of our family, and we will never get him back.

She recommended our vet to me as well, and I have been so happy with the vet she suggested! She actually gave multiple recommendations so i have back ups if needed. She's cared for my 3 cats multiple times and I can tell my kitties love her, which is the most important thing! She always sends me pics and keeps me updated while I'm away. She cared for my senior cat when she was sick and in her final week and gave me detailed updates so I knew when to cut my trip short to some home to her, cared for my new kitten, cleaned up broken glass and a lot of kitty barf, cleaned up when ants where going after the cat food, and showed my kitties lots of love! I always come home to empty trash cans, clean litter boxes and happy kitties. She even gave me a housewarming gift and gifted my kitties Christmas treats and toys! Christina is wonderful and I trust her 110% with my kitties and my home. I appreciate her so much because as much as I miss my kitties when away, I have peace of mind knowing she's there to keep them happy and safe! When my kitties broke a vase and she came in to broken glass everywhere, she let me know right away and made sure my cats were OK and had no cuts first, then did a wonderful job cleaning up (I didn't find any glass when I got home!) And she's just a nice person too - whenever I'm on the phone with her, we always end up chatting about her kitties too, so I know she's truly a "cat person" (which not all my pet sitters have been.) Cannot recommend her enough! Be sure to schedule as early as possible, she's so great the holidays and peak vacation times always book up quickly!
