When one our dogs had cancer and was on chemo she had to be separated from other dogs but the staff made sure she had extra cuddles and walks not to mention giving her the meds. Doggie day care is second to none! Lots of room to run and play outside with plenty of supervision. This is the only place I will take my dogs and cat.

Would absolutely board and groom here again. We boarded in the luxury suites, so we had frequent access to view the dogs in their rooms with webcams (through an app too! very convenient). Staff also took pictures and updated us on the dogs' behavior and wellness throughout their stay. The treats and food provided were also super high quality. Gertie (pictured) got a full groom and trim. Her paws are perfectly clean and shaped up and her nails are trimmed nicely too. She also smells fantastic. Thank you Rover Oaks :-)

She knows when we are in the parking lot and she can't wait to get out of the car and get inside. The entire staff is very professional, friendly, accommodating, and always go above and beyond in spoiling Maggie with attention. The facility is always spotless and they are very organized. When she is boarding, we get frequent reports with pictures so we never worry or wonder how she is doing. We would not think of going anyplace else for daycare or boarding! Mayde Creek's building is so fancy that I was convinced I was in the wrong place til I saw the receptionist. Tall ceilings, marble tile floors, columns outside, a mini courtyard, the whole shebang. Dr. Melody Palmer was very pleasant to chat with and said that I impressed her with my hedgehog husbandry knowledge (I then heard her go to the back and tell the vet techs back there that I knew my stuff, THEN go to the front and say the same thing- MAJOR EGO BOOST. This appointment was months ago at this point and I'm STILL preening from the compliment.) She made sure I knew everything I needed to know and was more than willing to give in depth explanations if needed. Everybody there was really friendly and since my Delilah was very curious and well behaved the appointment went by very very quickly. I did not wait long at all to begin even though I was 20 minutes early. I'm very happy with my decision to use Mayde Creek and I'm glad I didn't have to go all the way up to Spring for the other exotic vet I was looking at. (Pet pic tax attached)

However, and this matters to me, they are willing to listen to the owner of the animals and agree to reasonable requests. Sadly one of our beloved pets had reached the point where their pain was incurable. They allowed me to process her passing in a way which is right for me - which does not include music and low lighting and tears. I appreciate it their kindness in those moments more than I could say. They made her final moments as, as possible, and allow me to grieve on my own. plus Jennifer is awesome and amazing and wonderful!

I bathe my dog regularly and do all kinds of stuff in order to leave her clean and never have I ever seen or heard of my dog misbehaving or even screaming during these sessions. We just got a notice saying she was constantly screaming when in reality we know she would never do that unless someone is trying to hurt her. Please find another place that is more reasonable for the price and make sure you know how your pet will be treated in advance!

This place is just that incredible. I got my Golden Retriever, Rosebud, groomed for the first time following an ACL tear a few months ago - they accommodated that situation perfectly. Cautious, yet very accommodating. When I picked up Rosebud, she looked so beautiful! Our groomer did a fantastic job, their timeliness was top-tier, yet very thorough. Katie and Skylar were incredibly welcoming on the floor as well - Katie even talked me into picking up a couple goodies for Rosebud from their fantastic selection. As a man who doesn't write reviews, I hope this will motivate at least one person to stop-in here - I will certainly be back (many times). I was completely blown away - fantastic job.
