Now we've been here 3 times and I can say we will make this our official groomer. To begin with, their prices are so much better than anything in this area! Second, they always have availability within a 7 day period. Which is great for someone like me that forgets to schedule these things with enough time. I usually get an appointment at 8:30am for 12:30pm pick up time. The first time I dropped him off I called at 12:30 and they told me he would be done 5 mins. Once I got there he was ready to go. The second time I dropped him off i called 12:40pm they said 30 more minutes when I got there 40 mins later he was not ready yet but within 5 mins of getting there. Location is not very clean and after 4hrs of a bunch of dogs there it smells really bad. The reason I still give them 4 star even if they take longer than promised and the place smells is because once I get my pup back he is so CLEAN and smells amazing. They might not look the best in the area but my pup does! This will definitely be our groomer for the rest of this puppers life. read more

I really wanted to like this place bc the workers are nice and friendly but the place was dirty and they overbook. My dog had an appointment at 1 pm and he wasn't done till 6:30 pm. From what I saw at the door, they groom dogs outside on a tarp and there was still a lot of dogs despite their closing time being at 6 pm. The place inside didn't look clean either and looked dirty. I took my pit bull here to get his grooming and I couldn't be happier with the result. He smelled so good and his nails were cut to perfection! I almost don't hear him walking around the house when I brought him home. They also sent him home with a cute Halloween bandana. They make sure to separate the dogs who can socialize with eachother from the ones who are less sociable. That made me feel pretty confident in leaving him there. It was my first time here and check in was fairly easy, staff was very friendly and informative as well as great on communication. I would love to give this place 5 stars, I would just have to say they need to work on speed. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The gentleman at the front desk repeatedly asked me to specify an exact length ( 1/2 inch, ¾ inch, etc.), but when I mentioned I just wanted my dog's fur short enough to easily comb through for fleas, he kept insisting on an exact measurement[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Instead of offering guidance, he became increasingly loud and aggressive, leaning over the counter and speaking to me in a demeaning manner.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Thankfully, Erin, one of the groomers, stepped in and explained the length options more clearly.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]However, when I expressed to her that I felt disrespected by the gentleman's behavior, she immediately became defensive rather than acknowledging my concerns.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I hesitated on how to respond, she asked if I wanted to take my dog elsewhere.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] At that point, I decided I no longer felt comfortable leaving my pet in their care, so I left. [[HIGHLIGHT]]As I was getting into my car, Erin followed me and attempted to justify the gentleman's behavior, saying that he was young and that I should be more understanding.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I firmly responded that if he is old enough to work, he should be expected to treat customers with respect.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]She then mentioned he had a disability, to which I replied that if he struggles with customer interactions, perhaps he should be given a role that doesn't require direct communication with clients.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Instead of apologizing or addressing the real issue, Erin continued making excuses as I drove away, even yelling at me.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and accountability. Small grooming spot. Inside looks messy and cluttered but when our dog Buddy was done they completely changed the first impression of this spot. Pricing was $70 which was a deal considering I paid over $100 at that other mobile groomer that was horrible. I called on Saturday and had an appointment for Tuesday. My family and I discover this place about 4 years ago, we started bringing in our first dog Coco who is a half Chihuahua half shitzu dog and she is the princess of the house. Then, when my sister's dog, Teddy came into the picture, we started bringing both of them because they get taken care of like if they were their owners. Let me start off by saying I really wanted to give this place a great review because my babies came back smelling great and happy - but I can't. I really hate giving bad reviews on Yelp but this needed to be addressed. I chose this place because it was close by and I just needed them to get a quick wash until their normal groomer is back next week. I booked the appointment to have them drop off at 10AM and here is where I should've persisted more. I took in my husky/lab mix first because she's more active and I remember looking at her from behind the gate thinking how much of stray dog she looks like without a collar. Then I asked about the collar and the leash (I took off the collar while the leash was still attached) was told that I would get them back at pickup. So I go back to my car to grab my second dog, who is an old English. Dropped him off without issue, figured the same thing with the collar. I received the call that they were done so I went to pick them up. I looked at the hooks on the wall for their collars and leash but couldn't locate them so naturally I asked the receptionist where I can find their collars... The receptionist then RUDELY told me that they didn't have their collars and "why would we have it". Not only that but she said it in a way as if I lack the ability to comprehend the situation. She said they never take the collars with them ever and insisted that she never told me that I would get the collars back when I pick them up. Now, I was pregnant at the time so I questioned myself and really thought I had a pregnancy brain moment. I asked them to give me a moment to check my car, but no collar, and only one leash. At this point, I was PISSED. Not at the loss of the collar but at the receptionist and how rude she was towards me. The owner (or someone who was in charge) came out to see what's going on because she heard us. She told me that she would keep a look out for them but most likely they didn't have it. Sure, no problem. I decided then it was a lost cause and that they needed new collars anyways. I paid and STILL tipped my 20% because they did do a good job on the grooming. I left the shop around 5pm. At around 730-8pm, I get a call from a number I didn't recognize so I let it go to voicemail, and when I check, surprise, surprise, it was the shop. And what did they call me for? Oh, they found the collars - it got mixed up and they found them in the back. But I thought the receptionist insisted that they NeVeR take the collars and always have the customers take them with them? Yeah. I know. Like I said, I truly love the job they did on my dogs which is why I couldn't let myself leave a 1 star, but the customer service from the front desk was so awful that I also could not leave a review purely based on the grooming. This was quite a while ago so I hope they find someone who is more patient and polite or that the receptionist reflected and improved because her CS skills was the equivalent to what you would receive at a McDonald's drive thru... Except the McDonald's is probably still better. read more

This place has really fallen off the past few years. I always took my 2 Alaskan Malamutes here for a bath and they always did an amazing job. The past few times we've taken them they come back still wet, and their paw pads untrimmed. Today, I called them to schedule an appointment and Michelle answered the phone. I told her my concern about the last time we were there and idk if she was having a bad day or obviously busy but she was rude AF. Saying "well you need to request for us to do it" and I told her how would I have known that if they have been doing it since then I never had to request it before? I asked her if she can maybe check their records and I UNDERSTAND if she's busy, I worked in customer service for 8 years and I was a a manager at a sports club, but the way she handled that was rude and unprofessional. That I ended up cancelling the appointment for next week. She could've told me she's busy and asked for her to give me a call back or something, I would've appreciated that more. I will not be supporting this place anymore. And will continue to tell everyone I know about how bad their service is. read more

Made an appt and dropped off our dog. Place had large and small dogs roaming around the grooming table area which made me a little nervous, I asked if they could seperate my dog since he's smaller, which Gianna accommodated. The eta she gave was 3 hours. I went home and waited 4 hours and called, I was told they didn't get to him yet and will call us back. 5 hours passed, no call, so we decided to go to the store since I had plans that evening. They never got to my dog and said they needed a few more hours. Had to ask for our dog back. Overall they were apologetic about the situation. read more

If I could give them zero I would. I actually use to go here many years ago with my maltese/yorkie mix but once the ownership changed, I was unhappy with the results and took my boy elsewhere. My bf's mom had actually brought one of our puppies here to give this place a try again since it's been so many years and what a huge disappointment. My bf's mom came in showing them a picture of a cute puppy cut but came home with an unrecognizable puppy with the worst haircut possibly ever. Their excuse was that she'll eventually grow into the puppy cut. When it cost $60+ I expect it to look like what is being requested or at least some what close. If you look at my photo, you can see the uneven cut alongside her cheek as well. It looks like they attempted the cut but effed up so bad they just cut everything off. My uploaded photo shows a before and after as well as a photo from my usual groomers (Top Dog in Hayward) for comparison. I would not recommend this groomer at all.
