They carry a wide…read moreselection of pet products from harnesses, toys, treats, to a variety of dog foods, clothes and blankets, and grooming products. They even have an in-house bakery. If you're coming for cat products, you have some options, but not as much compared to the big chain stores. They even have a dog wash station! The self wash stations are available by appointment and also on a first come, first serve basis. The stations close at 6 pm Monday through Saturday and close at 4 pm on Sundays. Wash and dry time is limited to 30 minutes total per dog and costs about $15 per dog. Add on's (de-shed, for example) are available too. A rewards program is also offered in which you can obtain points and use them for a discount when a certain threshold in reached. Also, check their website for monthly promos, too! Lastly, we were also told they have two sister stores as well: Play Wash Pint (barks and brews) and Play Wash Stay (boarding and daycare). We look forward to checking out each one. Just love this place! Everything you need for your furry friends is here with exceptional staff, who are very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I let my pet have daycare there and only 1 time did I use her service for grooming. Daycare was fine not a lot of room to run and play but never asking for a discount I paid my bill with her up front. The grooming was not good at all.. my cocker looked as if they had used a flowbee cutting system on him his fur was so uneven and bald spots everywhere. After a great first wholesale purchase of my products to resale at her own price (she paid upfront with cash). I was ask for another order just before the holidays and after 5 attempts to collect a debt (with kind notes and Thank you's) this is 5 months later and this owner has not paid for product. I was advised by not 1 but 4 residents/business owners on signal mountain that not to get my hopes up that Kim would pay her bill. I'm really disappointed that from one small business owner to another that someone could rip you off and still continue on with their day like it never happened. I see this place closed most of the time so maybe too many people realized how dishonest she as a owner is.
