My dogs decided it was a good idea to chase after a skunk 2 days ago and after several baths I was still struggling to get the smell out of my huskies. One was much better but she doesn't have a super thick undercoat like my other girl. My cousin recommended Jessica and she was able to get us in this morning! We arrived on Saturday morning with all three dogs and I was a little worried because my dogs are a lot to handle. We arrived and met the owner Jessica. She is not only great at grooming the dogs, she is awesome for the way she cares for the dogs as well. She offers vaccinations if your dogs need it. One of my dogs was given a set of vaccinations while he was there for his grooming and it was extremely convenient for us. This place is a scam.......Jessica will lie to your face. Sold us what she said was a MALTIPOO and said she got it from a breeder and saw both parents and she said that they were both Maltipoo. A Maltipoo is a mix of "poodle" and "Maltese" but the DNA TEST shows 13 breeds and one is a poodle, but no "MALTESE"...... This place has no business license......buyer beware..... There is no Maltese in the 13 breeds I repeat NO MALTESE IN THE 13 BREEDS .....PLEASE read the other review I left and look at the DNA test. read more

The first time I went she told me it would be 2-4 hours for my dogs. She kept them for 9 hours! But she did a good job so I gave her another try. The second time she pushed my appointment back 2 hours which I said was ok if she could get them done by 4:00. When I got there at 4:20 (because she was late again), she had shaved my standard poodle bare-even her legs and muzzle (she has always had a teddy bear cut). She said she was a mess and was matted and it must be because she likes water (which she does not and she was not). I think it was because she didn't have time. She then proceeded to charge me $125 for my 45 pound goldendoodle and $90 for the poodle that she shaved. Never again. read more

I recently adopted (originally, I'll get to that in a little bit) two dogs from Paw Salon & Spa/JC Grooming Pet Rescue at the beginning of the year. About 3 weeks later, I gave back one of the dogs because of personal reasons I do not want to disclose on here. I kept one of the dogs & she has been such a joy to our family at home. Only today, I found out when I went to drop off my dog (the one we recently adopted & kept) at day care at PetSmart, that her vaccines/shots are all overdue. I couldn't drop her off till she has those updated shots (just made an appointment today at our local vet for her). I didn't get a chance to look at the papers since we first got her (and even when I gave back the other dog) and we took Jessica's word that they were both vaccinated and had updated shots. She said we wouldn't have to bring our dog in till the Fall of this year. For someone who didn't know "Charlie" can be a girl's name too (this was my dog's previous name from the previous owner. Also, it's 2022, how in the world do you not know that??), I find it odd that she didn't take the time to throughly look over the vaccine records. I know it is on my part I didn't check, but it would be nice to have someone provide accurate information to a buyer. In all honesty, if you are considering adopting a dog from here, just be sure to check the information given to you. read more

I took my dog there approx 8 weeks ago. Took them 5 hours to groom. I have a 12lb havenese. I had to call as I was worried. They told me she should be ready shortly. An hour later they called she was done. I pick her up and learn there was some drama with another customer. Ok I thought I'll try again. I called 10 days ago spoke with the owner herself and booked an appointment for today @9:00 am. I went no one there. Waited 15 minutes and called the number. Owner answered said she doesn't have anyone booked at that time. And would I like to reschedule. I told her I booked through her and she said I could reschedule. I was so excited finding this spa but now after today I do not recommend unless you don't mind the run around and lack of customer service. I work full time and my weekend time is valuable I don't want to get the run around when I have an appointment. Not organized at all. read more
