I loved my experience here! It was my first time about a week or so ago and it was great! I was able to find them easy and thankfully close by. Pups don't always love car rides... so it was an easy trip for them. I loved too btw how they were able to fit my 2 dogs in last min with an appointment the next day! I'm sure it's not always like that, but man I was thankful . I was greeted by Jean who was the nicest groomer and 3 little pups they were so friendly to my pups. So we're off to a great experience... I get a call about 2 hrs later and they were ready to be picked up...I get there and they are groomed perfectly! I even warned that Ella will generally have off 1 bow by the end of the day so not to worry. She's was totally ok with it, and gave them the summer cuts I asked for! Thank you so much! read more

I don't usually leave reviews, but this situation deserves to be called out. I scheduled an appointment with this grooming salon through Yelp for today at 12pm. Yelp offers an option to "Request a Quote" or book directly with the business, and I used that. While booking, I specifically asked if the appointment would be at their salon--not mobile, not pickup--and they confirmed that yes, it would be at their location. Fast forward to today: I show up, park, and start ringing their Ring doorbell. No response. I waited. Knocked. Rang again. Still nothing. I sent them a message on Yelp AND called the number listed. Nothing. No answer. I stood outside their door with my dog for 15mins with zero acknowledgment. I finally gave up and went back to my car. At 12:22PM--22 mins after my appointment time--someone named Madison finally messages me back saying, "Sorry I missed your call. Would you like to make an appointment?" Huh?? I replied and reminded her I had an appointment--TODAY at 12. She replies with: "Hi, I'm so sorry for the confusion. I don't have an appointment scheduled for you today in our system, and we are actually closed for the day. Please let me know if you'd like me to check our availability and get you rescheduled at the soonest opening " Excuse me? "Sorry for the confusion"? As if I'm the one confused. I booked the appointment through their system, I confirmed the time and place, and I SHOWED UP. How does a business confirm an appointment they apparently "don't have in their system" and then say they're closed? Closed on a Friday--yet they're taking Friday appointments? This wasn't some automated glitch--I was clearly communicating with a real person during booking. So how do you confirm an appointment, completely miss it, ghost the client, and then pretend like it's a surprise? What makes it worse? She clearly saw me on the Ring camera. So instead of responding, or at the very least saying something through the intercom, she just lets me stand there like a complete idiot. No "we're closed," no "hey we're not expecting anyone," NOTHING. Just silence. Then she has the audacity to come back with, "We can offer you $15 off your next appointment if you'd like to come in tomorrow"? I tried to still be reasonable. I told her we had to be out of town at 8am (which is why I needed the appointment TODAY), and asked what the earliest she could see us tomorrow was. She said 10am. So basically, not only did she screw up today's appointment, but she also wasn't offering any realistic solution to fix it. No urgency, no explanation, no real apology. Just a weak discount and no accountability. What blows my mind is that her mistake meant I was scrambling last-minute trying to find another groomer--which is nearly impossible on a Friday afternoon. Most groomers are fully booked in advance. I called several places, all full. The stress this caused me and my dog--who was long overdue for a grooming--is ridiculous. This entire experience was infuriating. * Zero professionalism. * Terrible communication. * Complete lack of responsibility or urgency to correct the mistake. * No regard for my time, gas, or the needs of my pet. I get that mistakes happen, but how you handle them is what matters. And this? This was handled like someone who does not take their business seriously. If you can't even manage your appointment system or take accountability for a clear scheduling error, you probably shouldn't be offering a service that requires time-sensitive bookings and trust with people's pets. Needless to say, I won't be rebooking. And if you care about your time, your pet, and being treated like a human being--not just an inconvenience--look elsewhere. read more
