This was my first time going to Pawfect pet salon. My overall experience was great from the moment I called to book the appointment to getting information from Shawn. Linda was the groomer who helped me with my dog. Zoey and I was so happy with the results. Zoey was in desperate need of a shave down in the summer heat and she had some matting on her ears. Zoey looks refreshed and lighter and just very well cared for everything was done in a timely manner and I'm so happy that I found Pawfect Pet Salon.

This place is out go to place for our miniature schnauzer, they always take good care of her its been good couple years since weve been coming to this location, and we never had issue they take care of our dog will call and ask permission if theres something needs fixing for exam if my baby has knots on them and cant do the schnauzer look. Overall its a nice place never had issue always took care of our baby. Pricing is not bad for a full package plus tip. Area is easy to find enough parking shops to have a quick bite while waiting or coffee shop.

Took my 4 month old Maisie to get her first haircut and she came out PERFECT! Staff is super sweet and helpful! It's a bit of a drive for me but it's so worth it! I think I'll be taking her back when it's time for her next cut!

Love going here for my corgi because he never likes getting his nails cut and they can't handle him at the vet but they say he does great here! They're quick and always do a great job with Jasper I requested they do a heart shaped tail because I remember them doing it around valentines sometime and I loved it!

I've taken my chorkie here quite a few times and they always do such a nice job on her haircut and full grooming. My dog's hair gets long and outta control, she gets so scruffy looking. We always take our Portuguese Water Dog to this place as they groomers treat her real well and I have no complaints! They even call us if there is additional work or modifications that need to be done based on how matted our dogs hair was.

We come to this pet salon once or twice a year and always have a great experience. The staff are super friendly and always take such good care of our dog. I do not go to this groomer any longer. The last time I had an appointment they asked if I could bring her in early because they were ahead. Apparently at the same time they let someone go home. I had to call several times to see if she was ready. They kept her for so long by the time I got her back she was so stressed out. I let them know I wasn't coming back. I do not care about points. The communication went so far the opposite direction of professional. read more

I've been bringing my Pekingese here for a few years now. I thought I would give an update. They always do a great job and I appreciate them very much since I know my peaks are a bit crabby when it's time to get their hair done. I asked for my girl to have her hair kept long with cleanup and they did it perfectly. I asked for my boy to also have his kept long on top and he looks wonderful. Please excuse my silly boy he likes to sit on his carrier when there's perfectly good furniture and dog beds are right nearby. read more

So I came in here just to see if anybody have had an issue like I did and it turns out it's not just my dog. I even downloaded the yelp app just so I can expose this horrible place. My dog needed to be shaved apparently and aside from the terrible job they did making him look like a rescue dog which is fine since hair grows back They CUT HIM BAD ! His little penis all cut , that whole area really really swollen , when my girlfriend called they gave her attitude and very shady about it , then I called and same " shady , I don't care " attitude ... I guess the vet it is and toldase do Not take your pet here , they don't care about hurting them or not and I'm definitely suing this place to the ground if I have to or if my dog doesn't get better .... He is a puppy , traumatized and the part that pisses me off of how negligent they are and how arrogant they are when it comes to trying to make the situation better ... watch me get some bs response ( again since it doesn't let me reply ... I knew I was gonna get some bs response .... You're a dog abuser by using whatever you used so carelessly , your staff can't even provide me with the video , just shady and you should just find another profession because you deff have no heart or professionalism .... You are just trying to make money with all kinds of fees without any knowledge of anything I mean I have no words and again .... I don't do reviews Or yelp so for me to go out of my way There is truth to what I'm saying , let me see the video then .... Now all of the sudden there is no video ‍. If you look down there is people with the same complain ..... I previously wrote an excellent review for this place. But my opinion has drastically changed. We have 2 yorkies and the same thing happened to them. I confronted the owner and she refused to compensate me because my vet's culture for ringworms came back negative. However, after communicating with 2 other customers, their ringworm tests were inconclusive and there was no spreading of ringworms, which are very contagious. Eight medications and $400 later, my babies are still suffering! They were treated for ringworms the first 10 days, now switched to stronger meds for bacterial infections. (My daughter wrote her own review because she actually owns one of the dogs and paid for his grooming.) I have filed a formal complaint with Clark County. I will boycott this place if needed. All I want from these people is acknowledgement that they are negligent and compensation for my vet bills, grooming AND tip! Like I told the owners yesterday...you haven't heard the last of me! I won't go away until you come correct! And I WILL prove to you that my dogs' infections came from your establishment! Clean your tools REGULARLY so this doesn't happen again! ALL of their symptoms are exactly the same with everyone else you've already compensated! And they were groomed at your establishment the same time! I do NOT take my dogs to other public places for them to catch this horrible infection!! And if you do not contact me, I WILL see you in court! You can't buy me off like you tried to do others to remove their review! Shame on you all!!! read more

hehehehe! My Cooper is Soo Clean, Groomed and He Smells sooo good!! He's been going to Pawfect for over a year. Wanted to give this place a good review for the good job they do. He always leaves looking great! Normally take him more during the Spring and Summer time because of his Coat. My Dog is a 13 pound Maltese breed, So his coat can get out of control sometimes. I love how this place gives the dog a cute handkerchief around the neck for decoration, soooo adorable!!! It's like having a brand new Doggy!!!! I can't stop smelling and kissing my PET!!! I normally just drop my doggy there and they call me and I go back and pick him up. It's in my neighborhood. I love this place! The Cost is $50 for the Summer Cut request for my size dog (13 pound maltese) Mind his coat is crazy too) Which include his nails and ears, bath etc. I think it's worth it! and they give him a new handkerchief with cute patterns on it all the time. Totally cute!! I have only giving my dog the Summer Cut (which is cut super short, minus his puffy tail and ears hehe) I'll post a cute collage of him in the photo section!! and I think he also got a Winter Cut ones. Pawfect Pet Salon - Truly the Best in Dog Grooming! I cannot say enough great things about Pawfect Pet Salon! From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us with warmth and genuine care. The facility is spotless, welcoming, and clearly designed with dogs' comfort and safety in mind. My dogs can be a bit nervous around new people, but the groomers were incredibly patient and gentle with them. They took the time to let them adjust and made sure they felt safe before starting. I was impressed by how thorough they were in asking about their grooming needs, any sensitivities, and my preferences. When I picked him up, he looked absolutely amazing--clean, perfectly trimmed, and happy as ever. What really set them apart was the attention to detail and the clear love they have for the animals they work with. I am very disappointed in this salon! I have two schnauzers. They both have been here before. On one visit one of my schnauzers cut was so bad I decided not to take her back there. My other fur baby has a skin condition so all I have done is a buzzcut all over and a schnauzer face. When she was done they quoted me $60.00! I'm like for what? They claimed groom was $55.00 and tooth brushing was $5.00! I told them that was b.s.! I always tip $10.00 and I know the last time the cost was $45.00 or $50.00! They claimed the price was always $55.00. I checked my bank records and last October (2019) I paid $59.50 total! So the price was $49.50 plus a $10.00 tip! So, sorry, no tip because you decided to not inform me of your price changes and their website is deceiving and says price is $50.00+. Also, they seem to go thru groomers. Never the same one. I will not go back and I will not recommend them. I will just take them to my other groomer who doesn't price gouge and always does a great job. read more

Shawn took amazing care of my baby boy Brad! I will never take her anywhere else again! I'm so pleased with the atmosphere, cage-free, amazing consultation and his finished look! He covered every basis in consultation so I knew exactly how his finished look would be with no surprises. The shop was neat and clean considering let's be honest they groom dogs and to see hair on the floor would be expected but it was very tidy even while other pups were being serviced. So so so happy! Just moved here from Arizona 3 weeks ago. Our dog was way over due from his usual 3-4 week grooming. Pawfect scheduled him in for us and was super informative on the phone regarding costs and what services are offered. I was also reassured my dog would be taken good care of knowing this move has already been a big change for our dog. His "lamb" cut was done so nicely and we were super pleased. Front desk girl was very friendly when we came to pick up our dog and he even scored a couple treats before we left. READ ALL ONE STAR REVIEWS!! They're TRUE! So I took my pet here for the second time and had a HORRIBLE experience. My dog caught the ringworm virus by their grooming tools due to lack of sanitation. YES, they are updated on their vaccinations. NO, this is NOT from the dog park. NO, this has NEVER happened to them before. This type of thing happens to their skin when a certain TOOL is contaminated with bacteria and viruses. I will NOT refer this place to ANYONE and I recommend you to NOT bring your dog here. Gin and Shana were amazing with our little pup Buddy. It was his first time being groomed and we were really hesitant on how he would react because he can be quite rowdy when you touch his face or restrain him. They made sure he was comfortable and took such great care of him. They don't have cages and there's a gate when you enter so you can let your pets roam around. Brought my husky in after almost two years without professional grooming and she had heavy shedding and loads of matted areas. I was a bit nervous about bringing her in, but they did an incredible job. She came out looking and feeling like a completely different dog. I took my baby here for the second time today to get groomed (hair cut bath nail trim)and it is always a wonderful experience the people here are so friendly and nice, she always comes out looking like a million dollar pup! My mini poodle is very anxious and they are always accommodating and help me get one of the first appointments. They also call me 5-10 minutes before he's finished so I can prepare to come pick him up right when he's done. They handle him really well and he always looks great! I took my rescue pup Stitch in today to get his nails done and a wash. I was nervous because he has been very anxious and scared of car rides and some people since July 4th. Most places want to just shave them down and do a very lazy grooming. Though not perfect, I felt they charged a reasonable price and did a good job. Did you actually review the call recording before reaching that conclusion? At no point did I yell at your employee. I simply asked whether I could email my dog's vaccination records immediately or bring the vaccination certificate with me to my appointment instead. He explained that your company's policy requires the records to be emailed in advance. The entire phone call lasted less than three minutes. It is simply not possible for me to have been yelling at your employee for five minutes, as your response suggests. As the owner, I believe you should listen to the call recording before responding to a customer in this manner. I contacted your office because I wanted to schedule an appointment. Your staff informed me that I first had to email my dog's vaccination records. I then politely asked whether I could bring the vaccination certificate with me instead so that I could make the appointment. I was told that was not possible because your office needed to contact my veterinarian to confirm and verify the vaccination records before scheduling. I then asked whether your office would contact me after the verification process was completed, and your employee answered, "Yes," explaining that this is your standard procedure before an appointment can be confirmed. Again, the entire phone call lasted less than three minutes. I respectfully ask that you listen to the recording of our conversation before making statements that I yelled at your employee. I would appreciate a response based on the actual recording rather than an assumption. This will be the last time I provide feedback regarding my experience with your store. I genuinely hope you will view this as constructive criticism rather than a complaint. Then when we called to make our next appointment, we were told the pups were screaming too much and causing too much trouble, so we would need to wait with them for the grooming. I can't say what really went down either way since I wasn't there, but it does seem like a stressful environment with cages stacked high and wide and the pets being groomed right in front of them. We took them to another groomer that is more open concept with separate play areas for large and small dogs. They had a blast, no issues, no criticism. I know it's not easy to bring up misbehavior, but we didn't appreciate the way the alleged issues were handled and we will not be returning to Petiamo.
