    I may not be the most refined watch connoisseur out there, but when it comes to luxury timepieces, Rolex has always been my North Star. So, picture this: it's my 40th birthday, and my amazing wife, brother, and sister-in-law decide to venture into the wilds of Lenox Mall to find the perfect gift. Now, my brother, who knows his Rolexes inside out, warned us that snagging your dream piece from an Authorized Dealership is like finding a unicorn riding a rainbow. Enter Mayors, the hero of this tale. As they walked through those hallowed doors, they were greeted by George Avilas and the legendary floor manager Kenny (no last name needed, he's like Cher). My wife was quick to describe them as "these guys had the charm of James Bond and the knowledge of an encyclopedia." After getting to know my family, and learning a bit about me, fate shone upon us that day because George brought out a glistening stainless steel Datejust that whispered, "Buy me, you lucky devil!" Naturally, my family pounced on it, and this past birthday became the stuff of legends. To the fantastic team at Mayors, you've won me over. Sure, it may be a bit of a drive from where I live, but you've turned this average Joe into a lifelong customer. Thanks for the memorable birthday, the impeccable service, and for making my wrist the envy of my friends! Kudos to you Gentleman! /Go Hawks! :)

    We had not been to Atlanta in over three years. We decided to make a full vacation out of the Labor Day weekend. As is our custom, we competed breakfast at our hotel and decided to walk Lenox. While much of what we saw was familiar, some things stood in stark relief. The unmistakable green and gold of the ROLEX marquis immediately drew us in. We were dressed very casually as vacation is our time to unwind. Life in the nation's capitol, while thrilling, carries a formality from which one is well served to escape from time to time. That said, we were warmly greeted when we entered the Rolex pavilion of Mayors. George Avilas approached my wife and I as we clearly exhibited some disorientation at the beautifully appointed showroom. We were not looking to make a purchase this day but we gently asked if we might get our watches cleaned. With a generous extension of his hand, George accepted my 126600 50th anniversary Seadweller and my wife's diamond marker two tone Datejust. While George was bringing renewed luster to our watches, Willis Callwood Jr. helped us look at some of the more interesting pieces in the display case. I tried on a diamond marker Day Date and found the watch surprisingly well-proportioned on my 8" wrist; the piece felt very natural on my wrist. It sat discreetly close without seeming puny. My wife also identified the Platinum Day Date and it was everything one would expect an apex expression of Rolex's tirelessly elegant design philosophy to be. We felt completely at ease with both George and Willis. They even helped us secure a Rolex magazine that would perfectly compliment my wife's Datejust (which would one day be given to our niece who is currently three). Additionally, a Rolex catalog was found that would perfectly compliment my Seadweller (which would one day be given to my seven year old nephew). No - we did not buy a watch that day but I would certainly consider a visit back to Atlanta to work with George or Willis were I consider adding to our two watches. I would also highly recommend both gentlemen anyone considering acquiring a new Rolex. Their expertise and knowledge of the product was exemplary (they gave us several tips to best care for and maintain time on our watches - my wife was particularly pleased to learn some tips to keeping her watch accurate). In this highly transaction and impersonal world, to encounter genuine experts with such gentle and accommodating client service styles was a profound pleasure. I cannot recommend the Mayors Rolex pavilion highly enough. To the leadership team that brought Willis and George into your team - bravo. This store clearly understands developing clients for life.

    I cannot say enough good things about Karina at this location. Just over a year ago, I asked her if I could be placed on a wait list for the Submariner No Date. She promised then that it would take some time and please be patient, but she would make sure that I get one. As we all know, it is almost impossible to get these Watches now....... Today was the day. I finally secured my brand new Rolex! It was meant to be. This watch is important to me as I am replacing a Submariner that was stolen over 10 years ago that my Mom's Uncle had left me. I could never replace a family heirloom, but now I have the new generation that can be handed down. I am very grateful to Karina for getting me this watch. Go see Karina for all jewelry needs at this store.

    I feel like I was profiled by Mayors.... they buy really expensive Rolexes even Daytonas.... soon as I put my information ,( I am originally from Africa) with my native name ... they sent me a message saying my watch was out of their budget.... mine is an Oyster Perpetual... and I seen plenty of them that are way more expensive than mine....their entire attitude changed once they saw my name.... profiling me because of my African descent. What really insults my intelligent is that you gonna tell me my watch is too pricey for you when you sell 50k watches, it's offensive when people lie to your face. I attached his response read his choices of words whithout even telling me what's their wheelhouse if I am out of it .

    long time client of Mayors for many years, I wanted to recommend David if you r in the market for an AP. and George for Rolex both are very knowledgeable, resourceful, be patient and they will be able to reward you with beautypieces that are hard to get in this crazy market!     This is my second luxury watch purchase from Mayors and Cheryl. She made sure it was a smooth and easy transaction by finding the watch I wanted in another location and sending detailed close up shots. She shared the different finance options with me as well. I ultimately went with the 10 months at 0% interest because why not. The watch arrived Friday and immediately after putting it on I was in love with it as it's such a beautiful timepiece! Thank you Cheryl for always creating a first class client experience and something is telling me I'll be back for one more!

However, the patek store is not listed separately here on Yelp I scheduled a service appointment ahead of time prior to arriving at the store because that was required even for a battery change. Leading up to my visit I did call the store to ensure turnaround times as well as cost. Upon arriving at the store, I must say it is absolutely beautiful with obviously only display watches. And the gentleman who helped me branyon was super nice and friendly and helpful. In fact, he even beat the turnaround time that was quoted to me over the phone by the store earlier in the week. He even went above and beyond by offering to show me watches, even though I had not made a separate sales appointment. That was very kind and very tempting of him. I must say unfortunately this trip was not for shopping. It was for a family celebration. I will say if I do ever have to get my watch serviced again I will definitely come back here. Flying to Atlanta from Chicago is barely 2 hours and not expensive at all. And getting to this location is super easy right outside of the city. I wish I had more time during this visit. Otherwise I would have gone into the Brown and Company store, which is right across from the Patek store. Perhaps on my next visit I will and maybe the people who work there will be just as kind and gracious as the staff were here

My family are long time customers dating back to the early 90's. The ring I brought in was purchased at BC many years ago.     2 things. First, I…read morebrought by David Yurman bracelet in to get fixed. It looked fine and was whole - in one piece as when I bought it. It had a small loop in the stringing that needed to be tightened. They reached out a week later and told me it could not be fixed, come get it. When I returned it was in a pile - see picture. There was no offer to pay to reassemble it, just "here's your bracelet" although now it is just a pile of junk. Second, the woman at the front desk was a mean, snarling, uptight and obviously not very bright spokesperson for the store. She immediately told me it was not their fault, that it fell apart "as soon as they took it out of the bag" and I have no recourse. This woman needs to find a new job. Put her in a back room where she has zero customer interaction or under the bridge from whence she came. It's alright bitter, unhappy, unhealthy shopkeeper, I'll make sure the news of your attitude and customer service finds a much larger audience. Maybe you'll learn the lesson that if you don't treat the customer correctly, it will have consequences.
