Everyone was extremely helpful and accommodating. The main thing we loved about our experience there was how respectful everyone was when we asked questions. We were new to looking at rings and diamonds and had a lot of "silly" questions and they answered them with grace and respect. When we finally decided on what design we wanted, we sent pictures and a video of what we were looking to create to Eric Bunch and he made sure we were truly happy with it before it was set in stone. The setting also includes some special detail underneath. If you are looking for an amazing ring, jewelry, and a great experience, Bunch Jewelers is the way to go!

To start off the gentleman that started helping, older gentleman, let us look through their bins of sterling that hasn't been priced. Which I enjoyed. But when my friend mentioned how I know a lot about stones/diamonds/jewelry, he started mansplaining the same stuff we already knew. He started just talking and talking trying to seem knowledgeable while lying about certain things, which my friend researched on, and not being able to guarentee the authenticity of designer pieces. In addition, when I found the ring a liked I noticed the head was tilting because the metal by the head was too thin. I would think since he bragged about them being the bench jewelers for 8 different places he would offer to fix the ring. Nothing of that sort, and gave me a price that was only fair if it did not look like it would snap in one days wear. Overall while the selection was good the experience was horrible. I'm usually an extrovert but that experience made me so quiet and uncomfortable. It is sad because I just moved here and I thought it would be the place to grow my collection. And maybe it is just him since the other younger gentleman was interacting with other people. Just a horrible experience. I don't appreciate, and I'm sure no one does, getting talked down to like we don't know anything.

I inquired about if they had any old paper money for sale. Ernie went above and beyond the call of duty. The next day, when I got to the store, I was greeted by two polite and punctual gentlemen. They informed me that Ernie would be arriving shortly. Sure enough, a half hour later, Ernie arrived with a big stack of paper money. I was greatly impressed! I thought that there would only be a banknote or two. I ended up buying several banknotes to add to my collection and to trade with my friends for National Currency (That's what I specialize in and collect). Ernie was also very polite, fun to talk with and knowledgeable about paper money and coins. Ernie also let me leave with his industry insights and knowledge.
