I love that My Favorite Groomer doesn't crate my dog and that I can watch my dog get groomed, on the screen, while waiting in the waiting room. Love that! I didn't want my dog cut too short and since she wasn't matted we were able to do that but first agreeing that we would only do what my big puppy could handle at her first groom. We have been taking our oldest pug here for close to a year, he has very sensitive skin and the team at Muddy Pup has always made sure to use the best shampoo for his skin and they always make sure he doesn't get cologne. These maybe minor details make all the difference and really shows how much Muddy Pup cares about not just making sure your pet looks the best but they make sure they will feel their best even after leaving the groomers. Our family just adopted a rescue pug and it was her first spa day with her big brother and the team at Muddy Pup was so caring and gentle with our rescue, our family can't thank you enough!
