A grooming appointment should not take five hours, and it shouldn't be this difficult to schedule one. It also seems like there was confusion between AM and PM. Your business isn't even open at 10:30 PM, so why does your scheduling system allow appointments to be booked at that time? To make things worse, the employee who called me was rude and basically told me, "Better luck next time." There was no apology, no accountability, and no effort to make the situation right. However, I'm super picky about the groomers for my pup, and COVID-19 made it hard for me to feel comfortable sending her anywhere to get groomed. Luckily, I came across the site for Petlocks and saw all the wonderful work Lee has done on her clients! Mali is a 10 lb senior maltese-poodle mix. It has been about 8 months since her last grooming (I personally trimmed her every month). Mali was scared at first (like always), but looked so comfortable and at home when I came to pick her up at the groomers! I've never seen her so comfortable before, so I knew she was in good hands.
