If matting was the issue, they should have told me before starting and given me the choice to approve shaving, pay for dematting, or leave. Instead, they made the decision themselves, charged me full price, and then acted like not charging extra for dematting was some favor. How do you claim to "demat" a dog when you just shave everything off? The grooming itself was sloppy too they left a long forgotten lock of hair on one ear and gave her an uneven face trim that looks nothing like the teddy bear inspiration photo I showed them. This business has terrible communication, no respect for customer consent, and poor quality work. Go somewhere else.

I called and set an appointment right away but what took me away (good way) the owner or stylist blocked off the hour for just my cats so no dogs were barking or too loud. Kim was really knowledgeable and helpful. My cats were nervous but that's normal because they don't usually get groomed. I wash them at home but this will be my regular place.
