After the meet and greet, I was able to use their convenient online calendar right away to schedule appointments. We just had the first day of sitting, and I got emails after every visit with pictures, a list of what was done, and a written summary. It's so nice to have the freedom to leave the house guilt-free, because I trust WPPC to take care of my babies for me. The price is also a great value for the high quality service. They were very trustworthy and reliable. We felt very comfortable with both giving spare keys to our house and alarm codes. They cleaned up any pet messes that occurred while we were gone (hairballs, etc) and made sure my diabetic cat got her shot twice a day. This is a great alternative to boarding. The animals no longer have the stress of being locked in small cages in boarding. They seemed very happy and well taken care of each time we returned from vacation. This is a wonderful service.

I checked in my two cats to be boarded in Miss Emily's Kitty Condos. The drop-off process was…read moreincredibly easy and the staff was tremendously kind. My cats had no problems getting settled on their first day, but one of my cats decided that she wasn't too fond of playtime and became stressed, sitting atop their condos and not allowing the staff to get her down. While this was happening, I was on a plane and had no access to my phone. The staff tried to calm my cat down and try to get her back in her condo. Unfortunately, she was stressed and didn't take kindly to being boarded even after being boarded before. The staff kept in constant contact with me, letting me know how my precious cat was doing and if she had come down. In the end, we had to have the cats picked up by their emergency contact and had to cut their stay short. With that being said, the care Miss Emily's staff had toward my cats (even while one was hissing up a storm) made me want to write this review, knowing that your pets are in good hands, even when things don't go according to plan. I would recommend Miss Emily's to anyone who needs to board their pet in Orlando, dog or cat, as they truly have your pet's needs in mind.

We use their doggie day care 1-3x week and have also used for minor grooming like baths and nail trims. We also get our pet food from them along with a number of toys and treats.
