Love it here. I have a 7 month old puppy who's starting out. We see Stephanie 1-2x a month a my puppy just gets so excited to see her everytime. She comes out FLAWLESS every. Single. Time. And is always done at a great pace.. I expect to pick her up hours later but she's always ready within 2 hours usually. The whole staff is awesome. The gentleman up front is always helpful and attentive of the phones. We just appreciate them so much! read more

I brought my cat in this morning to get his nails trimmed and it only took 10 minutes. I didn't have to make an appointment which was nice, and it was only $12! Wasn't terribly impressed. My previous dog passed away after 15 years, so I hadn't been here in a really long time. The place was completely revamped inside (no cool items to look through and purchase like before), and it was way overpriced for what they did. Even cut my sister in law dog nails and left them without the gentle buff / grind. They were scratchy as can be. I asked about it and was basically told they'd been cut. My wife and I have been taking our little maltese here for a while now and have been very pleased with the service provided. The things that stand out most about the Pet Bowtique that set it apart from other groomers (at least to my wife and I) are: 1) Their prices for grooming are fairly priced. Sure you can find other places that will be cheaper, but usually at the expense of a far drive or a loss of quality of service. 2) The Pet Bowtique is fairly close to where we live, making it very easy for my wife or I to drop off and pick our dog up. 3) They allow you to drop off early and pick up late. This is also super convenient for my wife and I due to our work schedules. 4) The staff have always been very helpful and very friendly when interacting with them. Overall, if you live in the Oviedo area, this place is worth a shot if you are looking for a pet groomer. I'm not aware of all of the options available in Oviedo (besides PetSmart, which is no good anyway), but again, we've always been very pleased bringing our animals here. read more

Love the staff at the boutique. We've moved from Oviedo to New Smyrna Beach but still continue to drive an hour to go to the pet boutique. They do a great job and when the pups stay at the Plantation it's great to k ow they'll be groomed prior to us picking them up. read more

Took my dog here a few weeks ago and they were great! She smelled great and my wife and I agreed it was the best cut she'd ever received. The place is nice on the inside and the outside has some cool paintings on the wall which I always look at when I drive by. The staff was friendly and didn't take too long to get her done. I'd give them 5 stars but I thought they're a little expensive. I was surprised at the rates groomers get out here. We moved from CA and the rates were much more reasonable. Guess some things are not higher back there after all. read more

dog owners that use the grooming salon. Please be aware of some of the groomers they employ there. They give you an appointment but never stick to the time. they keep the dogs for hours. They don't take them out. He was there over 4 hrs. My little Yorkie was cut by his testicles. He is very little. I was never told about it. I found it late at night because it was hurting him. She never follow my directions. I left the store very upset and I will never use them again. Be very aware about your dog and the groomer. This is the second time I had a problem there. never again. read more

Both of my dogs stay at the Plantation Boarding frequently in a suite and when they arrive home they are as calm and happy as when they left. I know they have had a good time, and I have never seen any change in their behavior or any stomach issues, etc. when they come home. I love that they get lots of exercise and socialization there! I have taken my 2 dogs there for the past 2 years. However this summer was the last time I would take them. My dogs are very friendly and have never had any problem with anyone grooming, vets etc. I was told my dog did not like one trainer so of course I was apologetic and asked if I needed to do something and they said no he is fine with everyone except her so we won't put him with her. I even asked if there was days that that employee didn't work that I could bring him they said it was fine. It was weird to me that he would growl at anyone since I have never seen him do that before however I took their word. The next time I went in there with both dogs I went early in the morning and the staff was all in the waiting room. My dog would not walk in the door because that employee was there. She proceeded to say how o no hes here I am not working with him I work with the other one but not him. My dog was not growling he was hiding behind my legs and would not even walk in. I told the staff I did not want her working with either of my dogs because clearly if he is so scared she has done something to harm him. Another lady older, long hair walked over to him and he walked straight to her giving her kisses and everything (she has always been fantastic). She said she would work with both of them because she loved them and they were great. We have yet to return because of the terrible service of an employee trash talking my dog to my face as well as clearly doing something hurtful or abusive to him since he wouldn't even walk near her. The fact that the staff would allow an employee to talk to their customer like that really ruined our feel and obviously their new employee should not be working with animals because she is doing something wrong to them. read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!!!! I had my dog boarded here for a weekend. When I dropped him off, the girl was nice, but clearly the place is very unprofessional. She was in VERY casual attire drinking an energy drink and eating at the counter. She seemed a little unsure and I had to ask for my dogs paperwork back and ask if she wanted my dogs food... That does not compare to when I picked my dog up. A different girl was working. She took about 10 minutes to bring my dog out. While I'm waiting, all I hear are crying/yelping dogs in the background. She finally brings out my damp and dirty dog. She casual let me know my dog was covered in what she thought was feces and she "did my a favor" by rinsing him off. DID ME A FAVOR?!?! Did I think my dog might come back dirty/muddy? Of course! DID I THINK HE WOULD BE COVERED IN FECES?!?!? I did not pay nearly $100 for that. This tells me the dogs are probably unattended while running around. I will never return. read more
