She was super nice from the minute we got there and took great care of our very scared little dogs. One was a puppy so it was her first grooming appointment. They were done in about 3 hours and the dogs look fantastic! Prices were equivalent to all area pet groomers. Why was I told it would be $25-$30 when I originally booked the appointment and then $40 when I called to confirm the reschedule? Completely unprofessional - get your prices together and maybe try to fake that you actually care about people that want to spend their money here. To boot, I don't even know why my mom comes here for her dogs. Whenever she gets her dog bathed and cut, he looks horrible. He is never properly cut for his breed and it's always a sloppy job. (sorry mom but you've even said it yourself!) Way to totally turn down a first time client that could have been regular. Grossly unprofessional. They're so patient with him. And the best part- they don't cage your dog (as long as your dog is good with other dogs). They let the dogs roam free and play with other dogs so they're not suffering in a cage while they're waiting to be groomed. No other place I've taken him to does this. They're so kind to me and my dog and like I said my dog is wild so that says a lot. However, when I arrived, he had a full haircut, and the next day I noticed blood under his chin. I am extremely upset because they should have been honest and upfront with me. Instead, I had to call the store owner, who was dismissive and unapologetic. This lack of concern and transparency is unacceptable. I do not recommend this groomer and will not be returning.
