Walter is our new English Bulldog pupperoni (11 months) who loves to be around other dogs, though still learning Ps and Qs. We wanted to find a new daycare for them and came across this lovely place on yelp. I emailed them to set up a visit and they were very nice and accommodating. Everyone is sweet, you can tell they love our animals and they are professional. We stopped in on a Saturday morning and were able to check out the play area from the window in the lobby (also watched the video on their website) and they let us into the suites area since there were no dogs in there. When Ruth stays for the day, she stays in their suite and probably loves the break from Walter. Walter goes into the playgroup with the other pups. They asked for all the vaccinations and will ask for updated vaccines as well, which we love and feel very comfortable with. We know we stay up to date with everything and we want to be sure our pups are around other pups that have everything updated as well. We love the report cards. Especially since Walter is so young, we like to see how he is doing with the other dogs. I added some of the pics from their recent visit. Just look how happy he is and Ruth loves the big suite and comfy bed. We are very happy with this wonderful daycare.

We wanted to leave Ryder with pet care who would give her the love and care we hoped for. Jules and Julianna originally came to our house for a meet and greet with Ryder, and asked all the right questions and made us feel at ease. Upon selection of Jules/Julianna we couldn't have been more happier. -Every time Julianna came, she sent a photo and a quick update -She left us a hand written diary of each visit -The House was in great shape when we got back, and Ryder looked happy and healthy! -They charge a reasonable cost To anyone that's looking for repeat customers, this is exactly how you should model your customer service and business. Thank you so much! We've now gone back to Jules and Julianna twice and setting up our third!

My dog was recently diagnosed with a heart murmur and I got in my head about her aging. I thought to myself, I'm curious. let's give this a go. I had no expectations! But I got everything I wanted and more. I feel so relieved in knowing how happy my dog is. Jules was absolutely amazing and a joy to work with! She was extremely flexible and answered all my questions and more! I am still a little speechless at how accurate everything was. There were many points in the conversation that validated she was really talking to my 13 year old dog Charlie. I don't have time to talk about everything but I couldn't stop laughing and smiling the whole time I was talking to Jules about her session with Charlie. Charlie's answers were so funny and sweet. Jules translated them in a way that it's like I could hear Charlie's voice. I always thought she would be like a little old lady, very formal and polite but unexpectedly witty. The number one message I am carrying with me from the session is that she loves her life with me and that's all I could ever hope to hear and get from a session.

Now that I no longer live in my old place or in the area, I feel more comfortable writing this…read more Jeremy walked my dog for a few months after I moved to San Diego. He did a fine job, and I didn't have any major issues. My only issue in the beginning was that he told me AFTER our meet and greet that the time clock for walks starts when he walks into the building. I showed him the entrance closer to my place (which is right by the entrance), but he wasn't using that one at first. While I had wished that he communicated this during our meet and greet, I wasn't upset by it after we had established a steady routine. A few weeks/months after I settled into my new job, I had been granted the ability to work from home full time with a few occasional sporadic days in the office. I texted him to tell him that I won't need a walker after a certain date and explained that I'll be WFH. I even told him that I'd still like to reach out on days I'd have to be in-office. Later that day, he called to "ask" me what he did wrong. His tone was extremely confrontational and aggressive. I reiterated that I don't need a walker anymore because my situation had changed. He kept demanding an explanation. Honestly, I felt really put off by this. I had to tell him several times that it's because the situation had changed and it took multiple attempts to get him off the phone. He kept trying to push me because he didn't seem to believe me. Honestly, I don't care if he did. Before this conversation, I probably would have asked him to walk my dog on the days that I'd be in the office, but this made me so uncomfortable. Over the period of several months, he occasionally texted and/or called to ask me if we had any dog walking needs. I didn't answer, but eventually texted him to tell him that we did not. I understand his wanting a "reason" to try to improve. However, I gave him a reason. And even if I didn't, I don't necessarily owe him one to the point where he has to demand one repeatedly.

Having Jeremy as our Wedding Chaperone was amazing!…read more We have two large dogs who many describe as "hard to handle, quirky and different". This always makes me nervous when choosing anyone to work with them. Jeremy is actually the only person I am comfortable choosing when it comes to caring for my dogs. Especially my older dog who displays reactive behavior while on leash. Jeremy knows exactly how to handle my dogs, and keeps them calm and happy! This is why it was an easy choice to ask him to act as our Wedding Chaperone for the dogs on our wedding day! The dogs had a big job of walking down the aisle and I was so nervous how they would react before and after the ceremony. Because of his help they did AMAZING! What made this service so special is that 1) Jeremy is very professional and thoughtful and came dressed ceremony ready. 2) He took a lot of time and was very intentional about making sure the dogs were comfortable. 3) He made sure the dogs had everything they needed at all times! He even called ahead of time asking if he should print a pop up tent to shield them from the sun! So so thoughtful! 4) He was a lifesaver during family photos and helped get the dogs posed!! An IMPOSSIBLE task! But he made it happen! 5) When it was time to say goodbye he reviewed the dog's nighttime routine with us and I knew they were in great hands! So I could relax for the rest of my wedding! He brought them home, walked them, fed them and kept us up to date on everything we needed to know! In summary, Jeremy really helped make this day special for us. We couldn't have picked a better person to care for our dogs and make the dream of the dogs being present a reality!! For anyone who wants to involve their dogs in their special day or any other special events, I highly recommend using him for your event! It gives you the peace of mind to enjoy yourself while knowing your precious cargo is well cared for! Prices were fair, communication is outstanding, response time is prompt! And quality of care is unmatched! I'm a VERY happy dog mom!
