I hate to write this review, but it must be done. I found Jenni on yelp last minute when I had a trip out of town. Jenni was very personable and nice and made me feel at ease leaving my two kittens at home. I was gone for an entire week and Jenni texted me and sent me pictures every time I she went in to care for my babies. At last minute before arriving home I asked Jenni to care for my kittens one more morning because I wasn't sure I'd be home in time to feed them. Thank God I was able to come home earlier than I expected. I got home before Jenni was able to make her visit and what I found made me very unhappy. As soon as you walked into my apartment it smelled of cat urine and feces. I immediately feed my cats and went to clean their litter boxes. When I walked into the bathroom I saw on my toilet a bag of cat feces, which is disgusting. I informed Jenni that my cats have special cat litter (pretty litter) so all you do is scoop the poop and mix the litter with the scooper so the urine doesn't puddle at the bottom of the box and the moisture evaporates. That was not done so I'll need to replace the cat litter way early before I needed to because the litter was not tended to like it should have been. After I clean the litter boxes I find several bags of cat feces in my kitchen trash can. My entire kitchen smelled horrible. Some of the feces had been there so long it was growing mold. Jenni definitely informed me that she would be taking out the cat feces on every visit. When I brought these things up to Jenni she denied saying that she would dump the feces outside everyday and that she didn't smell the horrible smell I smelled in the kitchen. She even asked if I take my cats poop out every single time I scoop their litter, and my answer was, "of course!" I let her know that throwing away cat poop in a kitchen trash can and leaving it sit there for days is very unsanitary, not to mention the horrible smell. When I came back home I expected things to be put back in place as I left them. She had the duty of bringing my mail in and putting it in a drawer in the living room, though I found it on the table kitchen along with the cats food container with cat treats not put back in container. I place the container on top of the refrigerator as to not give access to my kittens if they decided to learn how to get on the kitchen table. All in all was extremely displeased with Jenni and I will no longer leave my cats in the care of a stranger. read more
