Until now, we hadn't had any major issues. Today, we had an appointment specifically for the rabies and parvo vaccines. After we got home, our dog vomited five times in a row. We called the clinic, and they had us come back in, where he was given two more injections to address the side effects. While on the way back, I reviewed the invoice and noticed that four vaccines had been administered, not just the two we had scheduled. When I asked why this wasn't communicated, the response was, "Next time, clarify which vaccines you want when you check in." I had already done that. The appointment was booked for two specific vaccines, and I clearly mentioned both at check-in. I was then told they automatically give all due vaccines unless otherwise instructed. If that's their policy, it was never clearly explained to me and I plan to review our past vaccination records to verify the vaccines were actually due. To top it off, we were charged $82 for the extra shots to counter the side effects caused by their lack of communication, bringing the total cost of today's visit to over $300. This visit left us feeling frustrated and taken advantage of. Lack of transparency, poor communication, and a refusal to take ownership of mistakes cost them our trust and our continued business.

Dr Johnson examined her slowly on the floor, talking to her, introducing herself before jumping straight into prodding and poking. I felt like she listened to our concerns and gave sound, reasonable advice for our elderly girl. The prices were very reasonable to me. Especially after visiting a recent vet we didn't like at Poway for 1 thing and being charged $200 more than we paid today despite addressing multiple complaints today. They were also quite transparent with their prices online. I actually liked our vet visit today rather than leaving stressed and dissatisfied. I am planning to switch our other dog's care over to here too once she's due for her annual visit. We have moved around a lot in the 13 years I've had my dog and this is in my top 2. I'm so glad I found this new vet near me!

I adore Beloved Pet Sitting! Being able to leave home and know that my baby in good hands is priceless. My dog Jack absolutely adores his visits from Beloved Pet Sitting. Whether I am leaving for a day or weeks, I can always count on them to take good care of him. I used to take Jack to a really nice boarding facility, but I still worried. At boarding, your dog is exposed to disease and other dogs that could possibly hurt him, and I always worried about him feeling abandoned. With him at home, he knows he is safe and I do too! They cleaned up after him, kept him fed, walked and LOVED. I especially liked that they would text me photos of Jack while I was gone and missing him. The convenience of having someone come to the house is amazing, as it saves me so much time and hassle. I have called them on a moment's notice and they were able to fit me into their schedule. They were always on time and communicated frequently while I was away. I can't possibly say enough good things about Beloved Pet Sitting. After handling the stressors that come along with moving from one state to another to later receive some heart breaking news that resulted in a last min trip far away from our animals. Susan not only stayed in contact with us the entire time we were away she even sent photos to put our minds at ease. Unfortunately a last minuet trip was needed to the vet for our pup however Susan handled the situation calmly and with urgency. Because of her we were able to finish up the things we needed to and get home as quickly as possible. Leaving a pet behind even for a day or two can be very difficult. I am so lucky to have Susan in our lives and I know all of our pets truly appreciate her service and kindness. We will defiantly be calling her again. I highly recommended each and every one of you who have a pet and may need to leave town or even if you are looking for someone to walk your dog to call her. My family and I just moved here to San Diego in July and so we pretty much didn't know the area too much. We actually took a trip around Thanksgiving and needed someone to check on our kitty Moo Moo. We hate leaving him home by himself so we were desperate to find a great pet sitter for him while we were away. So BeLoved Pet sitting popped up during our search and I'm very happy that I chose them. Susan was very professional and very nice. My Moo Moo greeted her after just a couple of minutes so that's always a plus. She even had a Pet Cam so we could log in through an app and see what my kitty was up to. It even was able to toss kitty treats and had a button to talk to them. Susan and her pet sitters have been walking Max for 5 years now. I'm always satisfied with his care. They even have a camera monitor they install over my wifi so I can watch him while I'm gone! Reliable and good with my dogs, one of which is a little difficult. I use this service for a couple walks a month and for out of town trips. Boarding can be so expensive when you have more than one dog, plus I have a fish that needs to be fed. It's also nice to know any packages will be brought inside. read more
