They were super accommodating, communicative, and they took the best care of our two dogs (who can be needy and a little high maintenance). One dog is a blind senior and the other one is a little anxious due to being a rescue. Each sitter took the time to make sure our pups were comfortable with them and followed the directions we laid out. They sent updates and pictures after every visit, which significantly calmed the helicopter pet parent in me. Special shoutout to Kennedy who became best buds with my usually shy, slow-to-warm-up dog! I am not even sure where to start as part of me feels badly as the owner is currently hurt (slipped disk, out for awhile) and she is short staffed plus there is an ongoing pandemic. Having said that, I agree with the comments about Susan being rude and extremely unprofessional. I just moved to the area and her company came as a potential referral since there are not a lot of walkers here in the area. Our initial conversation was great but she sent her two remaining employees to my house, Emily and Ashley, and they were completely indifferent. Did not ask a single question and had no interest in my dogs. I sent a very polite note to the owner and even thanked her for listening to my concerns and she sent me a very rude and snide response. I now know why she had several openings this week as she relayed in her previous messages and that's because she is not a true professional. As a follow up, I had another company come 30 minutes later and they stayed for almost an hour asking a ton of question and bonding with my dogs. I obviously picked them! Edit: I saw the business owner responded to my accurate betrayal of her and yet again showed why I choose another dog walking company, which is amazing! Um, I work for Pfizer with the goal of curing cancer so I am not really sure where her bizarre comments of harassing my competition come from... Two weeks in and so far loving it! First off, I am not ashamed to say that my husband and I are those type of fur-pawrents that revolve our lives around our dogs and view them as our children and part of the family. So, with that said we were very hesitant to hire any type of service to care for our dogs. We actually inquired a couple of times with BeLoved (always got a response quickly from Susan) but never went through with the consultation due to our pre-exhausting hesitations with having anyone other than ourselves or family members coming to exercise our furbabies. However, we got to a point where we needed someone. As much as possible we don't want our dogs home all day even though they can handle it if needed. So we finally did schedule a consultation. The consultation went great. Susan came with Teri and Ashley. They will bring the two employees who will be with your dogs. We appreciated being able to meet them both and that there's a plan in place already if one can't make it. They listened as we went through all our needs and wants. They asked the right questions as well. In the two weeks we've been using BeLoved we've experience hard rain and hot sun- regardless of the weather, my dogs have fun and are exercised. I love love love the reports and pictures we are sent. It makes my day! They are proactive by asking us to leave towels to dry them off on rainy days. They've been patient with our dog Cosmo who may be timid at first and our Lyra who is extremely hyper. They have a lockbox system which I like. I love the app you use and the information they need is all valid. The app makes it easy to schedule, pay for services, and communicate with them. They're meeting all our needs so far while being kind and respectful to us and our babies. My only regret is not doing it sooner all those other times. read more

If I could give Susan sainthood I would. After a bad experience with a local daycare she came to our rescue. We found her on Instagram due to barkcuterie boards (you have to order them) She was able to take care of our anxious 140lb Newfoundland with ease. When he wouldn't eat, she literally hand fed him and gave him tons of love. Going above and beyond, one night he refused to go up the steps to our home, and she took him to get burgers and fries (while he slobbered up her car) and coaxed him up the stairs. Used this service when my family and I went on vacation in July,2022. Was considering using a kennel but wanted my 3 dogs and one old ass cat to stay at home while we were gone. Called Beloved Pet Sitting and schedule a meet up. Meet up went great especially with Max the grumpy dog I own, I booked like 16 visits ,two per day , for the 8 days we were to be gone. Everything exceeded may expectations. Even got a email after/during each visit showing all the animals were fine. I found that to be very reassuring. Definitely would recommend and liked having someone come by the house and pick up the mail and newspaper and the dogs got feed and so enjoyed staying at home waiting for my return. Five star service by all 3 young ladies at Beloved Pet Sitting and even save a few bucks compared to a kennel for 8 days. Even my old ass cat, she is like 26 years old, survived the experience.
