They were super accommodating, communicative, and they took the best care of our two dogs (who can be needy and a little high maintenance). One dog is a blind senior and the other one is a little anxious due to being a rescue. Each sitter took the time to make sure our pups were comfortable with them and followed the directions we laid out. They sent updates and pictures after every visit, which significantly calmed the helicopter pet parent in me. Special shoutout to Kennedy who became best buds with my usually shy, slow-to-warm-up dog! This was an amazing option to have instead of putting our dogs in boarding (which we all would have been unhappy with). They are great at providing mix-and-match options to keep cost in mind. I could see her experience from the questions that she asked and the information that she proactively gave me. Angie comes within the planned window every day and is extremely communicative about scheduling and the walk. She's so respectful about making sure to accommodate any requests (no shoes inside, wiping paws, etc). I'm usually not at home when Angie comes, but there have been occasions where I still ask her to come when I'm working from home, if I have back to back mid-day meetings. You can tell just how much my dog LOVES her by the way she rushes to the door. It's so sweet how they have their little routine and my dog has definitely accepted Angie (and her adorable kids!) as part of her "pack."

Until now, we hadn't had any major issues. Today, we had an appointment specifically for the rabies and parvo vaccines. After we got home, our dog vomited five times in a row. We called the clinic, and they had us come back in, where he was given two more injections to address the side effects. While on the way back, I reviewed the invoice and noticed that four vaccines had been administered, not just the two we had scheduled. When I asked why this wasn't communicated, the response was, "Next time, clarify which vaccines you want when you check in." I had already done that. The appointment was booked for two specific vaccines, and I clearly mentioned both at check-in. I was then told they automatically give all due vaccines unless otherwise instructed. If that's their policy, it was never clearly explained to me and I plan to review our past vaccination records to verify the vaccines were actually due. To top it off, we were charged $82 for the extra shots to counter the side effects caused by their lack of communication, bringing the total cost of today's visit to over $300. This visit left us feeling frustrated and taken advantage of. Lack of transparency, poor communication, and a refusal to take ownership of mistakes cost them our trust and our continued business.

Jeremy watched our 2 pups for 7 days- walked them 3 times a day and gave them exceptional love and care. We have had bad experiences in the past with other boarding venues, and we were so excited to meet Jeremy. He exceeded our expectations. We couldn't be happier, and we intend on using him again for future travel. He is professional, trustworthy, friendly and CARING. We felt like he actually cared for our pups and that meant the most to us. He took awesome photos and we loved the GPS for their walks so we could see where they walked and explored together. Shantae asked about my dog and explained the personalities of the other dogs that would be staying with him and I felt so reassured that Mochi would be just fine. A total bonus that I wasn't expecting was getting picture updates of Mochi having a blast! Seems like the old man got to have a little vacation on his own. Shantae informed me that he whined for a couple minutes after I left, which is normal, and how he got along with the smaller dogs and got to play with the water hose! After having a…read morebad experience with a self-employed sitter, spotty availability with another self-employed sitter, and then deciding not to travel altogether, Leila and her amazing team at Precious Pet Care showed me that their high standard of care meant I could be at ease and take vacations again! I was referred to Precious Pet Care by a dog trainer I know. I was interested in their Golden Overnight Care services, a 24-hour service where the sitter is with my babies all day! In particular, my dogs are extremely attached as they are used to coming to work with me and generally being around me 24/7, so this type of sitter service was a must! I was given a link to request a meet & greet and schedule the days a sitter was needed in my home and met with my assigned sitter, Kate, prior to my requested days. Ever the worrier about my dogs, cats, birds, and guinea pigs that I would be apart from, Kate handled my bombarding her with information in good stride. During my vacation, I was pleased to see that she sent numerous photos, videos, and updates daily! Kate made me feel completely at ease while I was away and was such a great communicator. Upon my return, all my critters were happy, and the house was neat and clean! Kate made sure to take the trash out and clean up after herself as well. Truly a 5-star experience! I had never had a "land shark" before. I grew up with GSD's. My dad trained them. I had 2 myself as an adult. I did some research after a very trying day with Dieter and I reached Dave. This kind man who was on vacation with his family but still took my call and calmed me down. I was in literal tears. Dave is an exceptional trainer and most importantly an exceptional human being. I love his no nonsense approach with training. It being coupled with lots of praise. He is so very professional while still being personable. Something that you do not find often. I learned so much from him. One of the most valuable lessons he taught me is that my dog is going to show me what he knows how to do. That means that I have to be accountable with implementing what Dave taught me. Repetition is key. Doing the work is key. I would recommend Dave to anyone who needs help. I met one of their fabulous walkers who developed a great trusting bond with my dog, Blue. I could tell Blue genuinely happy, excited, comfortable and well-cared for in our Walks to Wags dog walker's hands. Our dog walker was incredibly kind, trustworthy, reliable, honest, and an amazing communicator. Never did they miss a beat, and I will forever be thankful to Walks to Wags for being there for Blue!!!! Thank you!!!
