I love that she comes home POOPED whenever I bring her home. I usually bought the bundles which brings down the price and they add a free bath on top of it. I think it's much more worth it than paying day to day if you can afford the upfront cost. The only complaint I may have is that I wish the hours were extended to 7pm for those of us who work later than the usual hours. Other than that, I highly recommend it!

Later, at around 1:00 PM, I received a call stating that he likely would not be seen at all due to the staff being too busy. This lack of respect for my time and my pet's well-being is unacceptable. While I understand that organizations can be busy, it is irresponsible to schedule appointments that cannot be honored. If you are unable to give new clients the proper attention, it would be more honest to stop accepting them rather than wasting our time and causing unnecessary stress. DR. PAN was wonderful and was there every step of the way. She kept us posted every couple of hours on her condition.
