Thank you to everyone at Paws R' Us for keeping our puppy safe and healthy during her first grooming/haircut ever. At 3 months old, our new pup was beyond fluffy and starting to feel uncomfortable. That's when we decided to take her to Paws R' Us. Making an appointment was easy, and the staff was very friendly. Not only did my pup look great after her first grooming and much-needed nail trim, but the staff helped to catch an ear infection that was brewing under all of her ear fur. We immediately took her to our vet for ear drops which quickly remedied the problem. Paws R Us was recommended me to me by a good friend and they were the best! I brought my 4 month old puppy to get his first grooming, he desperately needed a cut and nails trimmed. They were incredibly sweet and knew how to cut his hair to my liking after some questions on arrival. My pup looks fantastic!! We have been bringing our dogs here for years. The last few times we have brought our dogs here, the employees were very nasty to us because they moved our appointments without informing us. When we were finally able to have them groomed, they left parts of the dogs ungroomed, and even cut up our dogs behind their ears, on their stomachs, and on their inner thighs with the buzzer. Not only was it very upsetting to see our beloved dogs cut up, but we had to deal with nasty workers as well. Our dogs shake when they walk in there. I do NOT recommend this place. read more

Horrible customer service!! I walked in for a haircut for my cat and the women had a nasty attitude like she didn't want to be working there ! I was a little late due to rain and said "yea that was 45 min ago ". I literally took a cab to get my poor cat a haircut. Extremely helpful and kind folks work here I bring my Shih-tzu here to get her nails clipped and hair around her mouth and eyes trimmed, no appointment necessary! They usually charge 5-10 bucks depending on how much needs to be done. They do it right away and there is a mirror there for you to watch as they work! Took my long haired cat here to get a haircut and nail trim today and they did a wonderful job! My cat can be a bit fussy sometimes and can be terrified of strangers. But they were great with her, because when I picked her up she was so calm and collected! They did a great job on her haircut and did it almost exactly as I requested. (They didn't shave her front legs as much as I'd have liked, but I could have been clearer. Either way, it's a cute/funny look since she looks like she's wearing leg warmers like its the 80's.) The receptionist at Paws R Us was unbelievably unprofessional. It is very hard to get in contact with someone at this office, after trying to get in contact with someone multiple times I finally left a voicemail and didn't get a call back until later the following day. I asked the receptionist to give me the latest appointment for my two cats and so she told me that she will schedule me for 1PM and that was perfectly fine with me. The day finally comes for my appointment and when I walk in and give the woman my name she tells me that I missed my appointment because it was at 9 AM, when she saw the anger in my voice and in my face after hearing that ridiculous claim she stopped talking as I began to tell her how I specifically asked for the latest appointment and both the receptionist on the phone and I agreed 1PM was set. These people are very rude and unprofessional, I missed work and wasted my time. I do not recommend you come here. Thank you for your bullsh*t Paws R Us! read more

Very convenient location, I can walk my dog to get groomed. Some difficulty getting an appointment.

This was my second time at the place as I figured I should give them a benefit of the doubt. The secretary was as rude as the first time around. We took both of our dogs in and asked them to cut their hair, trim their nails as well as wash and shampoo. I asked for the total price and was told it'll be $103. Two hours later my husband receives a phone call that it is actually $15 more. We questioned why. No reasonable explanation. We came to pick up our dogs and noticed they completely forgot to trim one of dog's nails. The place also claimed that one of the dogs is aggressive whereas the last time they said both dogs were very friendly and sweet. I'm not sure if that was their way to justify the price increase. One thing if for sure- we are certainly not coming there again!!! read more

Our 7 year old Havanese has been to many groomers over the years. I have to say that Paws R' Us did the best job we have ever seen. Molly has a deformed shoulder which makes her leg look crooked. We told them about it, and the way they cut her hair totally disguised it. Many other groomers in the past either did not understand what we were asking for, or ignored it. If her hair is too short, it is so obvious. They did a wonderful job, and said Molly was good (which is not always the case). Thank you and you'll be seeing her in the future! read more

I would NOT recommend this place to take your pet to be groomed! I had been taking my dog there for a few years and they were always decent but ever since the new grooming laws have been In effect, they have completely dropped the ball! I show up in person to make an appt for my dog and they give me one within 5 days and take my phone number (which they have had for years now since I'm a regular customer) and then I show up with my dog and she has my dogs file out and says that his kennel cough shot has expired and they can't take him.. I ask why she couldn't give me call or told me before I came inand she says it's not her problem, it's my dog , my problem . She tells me she can't keep track of all her customers lol but she had my file out when I walked in to tell me she couldn't groom my dog so she is obviously is keeping track of her customers ! Pure laziness and bad business . I will not be going back . All I was asking for was a heads up before I wasted my time bringing my dog there. You live and learn . read more

I've been coming to Paws R Us for 32 + years and I love them dearly! Trudy and Debbie will go out of there way to be accommodating for their furry clients and for the two legged ones too! Trudy she grooms beautifully! They took care of my cocker spaniel Alliee starting in 1993 and she always looked so pretty! Trudy and Debbie are the best they love the pets they groom as if they were theirs. I now have my boy Jesse who is a Havanese that looks so handsome every time he leaves Paws R Us, he gets hesitant in the start this is because he is so attached to me but loves it once he is finished. I can honestly say that you will be very happy. There is an old adage."If you have nothing nice to say, then say nothing at all". I would not bring my pets that I love, who are my children to me for 32 plus years if I felt in any way they were not being loved and cared for.
