I brought my dog here for grooming last weekend and I've never been so dissatisfied with a groomer. I had to take my dog to the vet a week later and spent $115 on his visit! See attached picture. When I arrived to pick up my dog, he wasn't finished. They were still trimming hair around his face and rushed to get him off the grooming table. They didn't brush him off or blow dry the loose hair off him and his loose hair got ALL OVER my clothes and car seat! They missed a bunch of hairs and my poor dog was itchy from all the loose hair. I had to give him another bath when we got home to get rid of the loose hair. Also - they didn't pluck the hairs in his ears and didn't express his anal glands. They said they did, but my dog was irritated and kept biting the area around his butt. Finally I took him to a vet and found that his anal glands were full. Whoever touched him was NOT TRAINED to do this! They ended up hurting him! The lady working at the store was also yelling at this poor young girl working the register. If they treat their staff like shit in front of customers, imagine how they treat your pets like shit when you bring them in. I am never coming back!!!! They should pay for my vet bill for the extra services I had to pay that they should have done when I brought my dog in! read more

If you stay for a minute and chat with Stephanie, the owner, you can't help but notice happy, clean-smelling dogs leaving with their owners. The staff is not only friendly but incredibly professional. She sells Solid Gold dog food, which is a very healthy and unique brand. Stephanie is wonderful, patient and kind! Peaches is my 14 year old Boarder Collie who of course is MY sweet girl, but unfortunately has spine and age issues that make her very "protective aggressive" and near impossible to groom. Tho she has never caused injury to anyone, she does attempt to bite, snaps and growl and we have been asked to not return by various groomers. She has long hair which gets quite matted and also invites sharp weed burrs to get imbedded ~so we were worried as to what to do!. On our first visit, sure enough i got a call soon after drop off! To my surprise, in the 45 min she was there she was able to do nails and a thorough shave, tho the bath would have to wait so to not over-stress her. Stephanie's abilities and experience (my dog was definitely not being cooperative) allowed her to be groomed and feel so much better! First time taking my dog here. They seem like nice people, I'll start with that. I expressed how I would like to keep his face hair long (just a clean up trim on it), they cut it all off. I'm pretty detailed about what I want. Most groomers know how to give breed specific haircuts, I didn't see that here. It's one thing to cut the body hair too short, face hair can make or break a poor pup. For the price I paid, my dog looks ridiculous. The cut on the body is also incredibly uneven. I'm just laughing at my poor pooch. He's still cute and I still adore him. Hoping the hair grows back fast. If you doggo has facial hair that you want shaped up, don't go here. read more

With all the chaos going on we were unable to get our standard poodle groomed at our regular place. I called Pawsh wash on the recommendation of a fellow poodle owner. We got an appointment promptly and brought our dog in. We waited 4 hours for him to be done because they work on several dogs at a time. It was great that they offered teeth brushing for only 5 dollars. When we picked him up his hair cut was a little sloppy and shorter than I wanted. They told me that Norman was very matted so that is why they cut him short. I understood why he had to be short. His head and ears were to long and not brushed out. His face was very clean and short. They did an acceptable job but I wished the salon was set up to see the dogs being groomed the price was standard for a poodle even with the teeth brushing and tip.
