There are a number of things about this company "you can trust"...! In a day and age where online scam sites are as plentiful as politicians looking for money to get elected, comes a wonderful and unique company with a business model that is well thought out and simple to navigate. As an owner of a few businesses (now retired), I can appreciate a company who has a quality purpose that shows in everything they do. While their product is nothing to jump up and down about, it will most certainly bring a smile to those who are welcome at your door (or maybe a daily smile for you if this is inside your home). The navigation / selection process took only moments to accomplish and once done, "what I saw in the final image is what I got". So congrats on the Pawsionate on a very well thought out UI designed website. There are so many dog breeds to choose from, finding my particular mixed breed was surprisingly easy. Bonus points for this, it was the first hook that got me to purchase. While we have only one furry family member, there are options if you have two or more, though I am sure there is a cap on how many dog images you can select. Here is the important part; The pay portal gave me a sense of security unlike the multitude of other online vendors who's shopping carts are suspect if not down right janky. The payment process was so easy and quick. At first I wondered if I had actually purchased, so it was the transaction completion screen that gave me the "ok you're good" feeling. On to communication; With "some companies", a customer is left in limbo wondering if their purchase has falling into a government assistance program. With Pawsionate, I received updates along the entire process to track my package where the only surprise was that my item was delivered to my mailbox and not my front porch like UPS or FedEx which was what I was expecting. To be fair, to save on shipping, the mat is folded up in a rip proof envelop that fits in a normal mailbox. If I had not gotten a delivery notice, I would have missed it completely thinking it was something else rather than my door mat. Final thoughts of pros to cons and purchase advice: The cons first; The only con would be to include a photo of the edge of the mat (with a dimensional notation) to show how thin the item actually is due to the graphic giving the illusion of a full textured surface ("not" a deal stopper at all). The pros are numerous with the best of course being quality. The outdoor mat is of a superior quality neoprene product with the graphic being printed with a UV cured ink (ultra violet light cures the ink and it will not fade in direct sunlight, unlike those seen at your local home improvement stores, Target, Wall-mart or others usually at the same price point). As for purchase advice, if you are thinking of this to be used outside, save yourself the headache and purchase the top end mat. I have had a number of door mats deteriorate in the Arizona sun over a year or so that were purchased from our local home and hardware store. Should you want your mat to feel thicker or have more body, just drop it over an old door mat as we did. The back side of the mat has good grip while the top surface has a smooth almost velvet feel to it. As all outside mat do, they get dirty so the clean up is super quick and easy, most of the time it is just a sweep with a broom and you're done. I contacted you immediately via your support within 10 minutes of placing the order once I realized the address was in correct. Your policy says orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of placing the order. No response. It also states someone will be in touch within 24 hours.
