I was quoted $150 for everything which wound up including: - bath w/ shampoo - dry - brush - nail trim - gland check - trim around the feet and sanitary area - shaving under the belly to get rid of matted fur (no haircut) I brought my dog in for a 12p appointment. Chatted for a few minutes about my dog. There were no questions about what I wanted, you basically just get what you get. She was finishing up another dog so my dog wasn't started til at least 1215/1220. I got a call before 1p that he was ready for pickup. I chose the wrong profession, I could be pulling in over $150/hr working with dogs! My dog was drowsy during the appt but there were no reports of any problems. By far the shortest grooming session I've ever had. I badly miss my groomer in Colorado who really treated my little guy like her own and came out looking AND smelling beautiful every single time.

From the moment we dropped Biscuit off at Fur Town, everyone was so welcoming and kind. The groomers made sure to take their time and exercise patience with her, to make sure my baby was as comfortable as she could be. The groom took a little over 2 hours. One thing I really appreciate is that they don't rush. They take their time and make sure each of our dogs is comfortable and that the grooming is done right. Sadie especially takes the longest to groom, and they've always been extremely patient with her. That means a lot to us because I'd rather know they're taking their time and doing what's best for our dogs than trying to get them in and out as quickly as possible. Our dogs always come home looking and smelling great, and after bringing them here for years, we feel comfortable and trust them with all three. Sometimes people are much quicker to leave a review when something goes wrong than when they've had years of good service. We've been customers for a long time, including through the change in ownership, and our experience has continued to be positive. Unfortunately, they would often be returned to us in an unsatisfactory condition, smelling wet and unclean, with excuses provided for the delay. We felt that the level of service we received was inconsistent with our expectations. After a four-year hiatus, we decided to give them another try. We brought our two corgis, following the same drop-off and pick-up procedure. However, they were again returned to us in a wet and unclean state, with untrimmed nails. The groomer, Tara, attributed the condition of our dog to the dog spilling water from its bowl, which seemed unlikely given the extent of the wetness. Notably, all other dogs had been picked up prior to ours, our dogs were in a kennel for 9 hours . We were subsequently instructed to bring our dogs back the following day at 9:30 am, which required us to adjust our schedule. However, Tara later notified us that she would arrive at 10 am, citing another reason for the change. Given the subpar service, we questioned the validity of their five-star rating. We couldn't help but wonder if the disparity in service was related to our Hispanic background. Despite our dissatisfaction, we paid and tipped, whereas a more suitable response from Tara would have been to offer a complimentary service or refund.
