My issues are with the service, particularly the inability to get the pizza out on time. Now, I'm not one that is banging on the counter when the app says it's ready, but I do expect it to be somewhere in the ballpark. The last two orders I placed were quite late getting to me. We typically eat supper early so we rarely are ordering during peak times. Both times I came in after the wait time given in the app (19 minutes), and my pizzas were either just being made or just being put into the oven. It's only about ten more minutes wait, but a bit frustrating when there's no apparent reason for the delay. We're not giving up on this Casey's because it's the only one around (and that may be the issue), but I would sure like to see them make punctually a higher priority.
