AMAZING!!!! Mike is so great! We saw him at the birthday party of a friend's little boy and knew we'd call him for our next party. When we threw our boys (ages 4 & 6) a superhero party, we knew Mike was a must. His spiderman and Buzz Lightyear blew everyone away. The princesses were huge hits, as were the shark hats. This guys is awesome!! We luckily ran across him at the Naples restaurant in downtown Disney. He can make all the Disney princesses (which I saw for myself) and they are the best I've ever seen. At our table alone he made, Ariel, Snow White, Cinderella, Tinkerbell, and Lightning McQueen. I saw a fire breathing dragon, spiderman, Belle, and a large shark at other tables. He is by far the best balloon maker I've ever seen and I've seen quite a few. He can pretty much make any Disney character and any superhero. My only critique would be that communication via email in the weeks leading up to the event was a little slow when I would ask questions if they did special orders for big balloon displays ahead of time... I'd don't hear back from them on whether they could do a big balloon display for me but I ended up not pursuing it because i realized it was gonna be windy at the park the day of our party so decided it wasn't a big deal. Otherwise, all I can say is, "Wow!", our minds were truly blown away by how talented our balloon artist was--we had Nolan, who was so sweet and such a good sport when it came to party time and I failed to answer my phone to tell him our exact location at the park--he had to go through a few parties before finding us, but he made it with such a good spirit and everyone enjoyed him and his balloons! I realize that the artist does well in simply going around and just making balloons for people left and right (vs having people stand in line to make requests) and he'll make something appropriate for a guest even though he or she may not know exactly what they want at the moment, which commonly happens when you're filled with excitement at a 1 yr old's bday party! He can make anything you name and made complex items such as a Captain America shield (he made 2 of them during the party!) I learned though that you have to keep in mind that the complex requests take more time to create so it can cut in to their productivity time when making balloons for others. I felt bad about making him do a shield for us while other kids were waiting, but despite that, he was able to adapt and still managed to make balloons for the most important guests there--the kids! Yes, even the adults really enjoyed his balloons! I would def book him again! We even got compliments from our guests about him and questions about booking them. Another plus is that their website and email correspondence makes it easy for you to book and pay your deposit. This was a great way to entertain guests without a cheesy magician, clown, or potentially hazardous moon-bounce-jumper. Our balloon artist was very "chill" and just an all-around nice guy whose balloons spoke for themselves. A+ ! :) read more

Mike did my four year old's party. He was on time, somehow found me amid the craziness, and quickly got started making balloons for a very demanding massive group of twenty-nine (29) three to five year olds who were running on jump-house adrenaline. While I mentioned to Mike he should have some food, he did not take a break at all in the two hours we had him. He had made a balloon for most of the 29 kids within the first forty minutes, and then started adding little things like belts for the kids swords, and making elaborate Hello Kitty balloons for babies. Kids and parents alike just absolutely LOVED Mike with a whole lot of them taking business cards. All of us kept just cringing at how much his finger must hurt afterwards. He made balloons like it was a marathon. We once went to a party where the balloon artist stopped a few minutes before her time and decided she couldn't care less if the kids' balloon had blown up (including my boys), she was a total bummer. Mike? Mike's balloons did not blow up, but he did make additional balloons for all of the kids, even though it was ten minutes past!! He cares, and has a phenomenal work ethic. He is amazingly polite and I'd love him to be my kids' honorary uncle! LOL. We love him and can't say enough about Mike. If you have him, tip him well, the guy is sooooo worth it and a 30% tip! Mike is amazing! I hired him for my son's birthday/other son's baby shower. I had hired him because a friend had him at her kid's birthday and he made the most amazing balloons. So when I wanted to throw a Pixar "Up" themed party with tons of balloons, I knew that I had to ask Mike. At our party he was busy the entire time making the most amazing and creative balloons.
