Anchorage Alaska, STOP don't go here! I brought my Lexus car in to have the front and back bumper fixed. It took a long time to wait for the parts only to find out the wrong parts were ordered so I had to wait longer. Finally got my car in and had to wait for over a month to get it back and when I did they over charged me compared to the estimate. The paint department mixed the color wrong and had to redo it so I got charged for their mistake! With the other variables I was charged a extra $2000. When I got my car it had a broken windshield with the rear view mirror hanging off it and a hole in the glass so I had to replace a new windshield. The drivers door is scratched up and the interior material is cut like something went through the window with such force it broke the rear view mirror. Put a hole in the windshield and scratched up the door. With no explanation to what happened! It only needed the outside bumpers fixed it's hard to understand why the interior is damaged! They said they would fix it. I called. Couple weeks later and they haven't ordered all the parts. And no word yet what's going on. Save yourself from stress and losing your money go some where else!! read more

First visit there we went to get our bumper fixed as it was falling off and had cracks in it and after a week of it being there we pick it up only for the cracks to be gone but still falling off. The second time we drop it off for them to fix the same issue and leave it there for 3 weeks it was still NOT fixed. The THIRD time we went back for the same issue we demanded them to fix it the same day because they have had it for about a month in total, only for it to still be falling off and popping out at the corner of the bumper. The only reason we went back for a third time was because it was under warranty and we paid $800. We are extremely disappointed and wish we would've went somewhere else the first time around. My truck needed minor cosmetic repairs (2-3 scratches on the body) and a new alinement which turned into replacing the driveshaft which is not super complicated nor time consuming minus the ordering of the parts. These people have had my truck for 2months going on 3! The communication has been piss poor at best. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. The front desk woman are ok but they have no clue or idea what they are talking about. The incompetence is truly mind boggling. They provided me multiple dates on when my vehicle would be done then when I call the day of for a time to get the truck they would push it out a week or more. This happened to me 4 times! In the mean time I've paid over 2k out of pocket for rental vehicles and have explained this multiple times yet they have still given me the run around time after time. If you're looking to have work done on your vehicle you're probably better off having a crack head work on it than these people. Do not take your vehicle here. I bought a truck canopy that didn't match my truck and i needed it painted. My friend at work recommended Payless Collision. My canopy was dropped off and the next day they wanted to see the color of my truck to make sure the paint would match. Something i totally apricate instead of trying to guess. Chazz was very helpful and let me know that my canopy would be done in two days and it was. I couldn't be more happier. I wasn't really game on having a canopy on my truck but i needed it for the dogs. It turned out so nice. Paint job was spot on. Customer service was the best I've had in a long time. First of all, there were several shops but the reason why I had chosen this one was because the lady over the telephone appeared to not only be super friendly, helpful and kind but Mrs. Sharon was extremely knowledgeable. She went above the call of duty to make sure ALL of our needs were met. My husband and I were completely blown away by her expertise and how super happy she was like all the time. She was actually happy to help us. We didn't feel like another check waiting to be cash figuratively speaking. She fought hard with the insurance company for us. We didn't have to even deal with the insurance company. She is an absolute Angel and a tremendous access to the company. She always goes above and beyond what is expected of her. During the time of service my grandmother in New Orleans health was decreasing and she was like, go she your grandmother and leave the rest up to me. We will take care of your car. She gave us instant peace. We came back and the guys did a phenomenal job even cleaned the car inside and out AND the other part of the car wrecked that we were not having fixed because it wasn't apart of the claim, well we came back from New Orleans and oh my goodness, it was fixed where we could drive it without the ugly wreckage. I was in tears as I was already fragile over the decreasing health of my grandmother. This was too much. Out of all the body shops in the course of 30 yrs of being here, I have NEVER received this kind of service. We walked away with a new shop and feeling like family.
