The whole experience was ruined by me leaving the mouse at the store ( which is 15 mikes away from my home). The store phone is answered by folk from all over the world and they cannot connect you directly with the local store. You have to leave a message and hope that you are around to pick up the phone whenever they do call back. I suggest strongly considering this customer service nightmare before purchasing from any Best Buy.

Frustrated and out of options, I was on my way to a shop to ship my computer off for two months--already resigned to buying a temporary PC in the meantime. Then, I decided to stop by Undead electronics on the way, and everything changed. Not only could they fix my motherboard, but they evaluated it immediately and told me on the spot whether it was repairable. They even had it ready the same day! I wish I had found this place sooner. The customer service while busy was quick and very friendly. The fact that this was the only place in Raleigh that I could find to solder my battery pin back to the motherboard was surprising, but I am incredibly thankful for their expertise and efficiency. Brenden ran the numbers for us and during that conversation, we discovered that Brenden also sells TVs, had that very TV in stock available and offered this very TV a few hundred bucks lower than Samsung. No brainer. We ended up canceling the Samsung order and had Brenden and his team deliver it, install it and mount it. By doing this, we eliminated the waiting for the Samsung delivery, the liability of it being damaged in transport and the hassle of bringing it into the house etc. Brenden and Nick did an amazing job. They are also both extremely knowledgeable in not only all things TV and sound, but also in the wifi space too, as they were able to hard wire and conceal all my TV and Ethernet cords in a jiffy.
