I have been to this store on multiple different occasions for various help. This time I was trying to return a pair of glasses I got for my dads birthday that are possibly the worst quality glasses I've held and they were over $300. My dad wore them for maybe 5 minutes in the kitchen and they refuse to take the return because "they are scratched" (they are not). Scam of a store don't go there!

Seriously, if you aren't getting your glasses from Arman at Payrite, you're making a big mistake. I will guarantee that it will be one of the most exciting, interesting, and all around rewarding experiences of your life. This incredible man knows what he is doing, and he does it extremely well. He knows how to treat his customers, he treated me like a princess. He is so helpful and fashionable in that he knows what will look best on you. You will go in wanting glasses and leave with the best glasses you have ever had and a new friend! Arman deserves your business SO much more than Visionworks, Lenscrafters, and even Warby Parker do. He has a HUGE selection including designers. I do my best not to have any regrets in life, but I deeply regret the 13 years I bought my glasses elsewhere. The best! The best prices and the best service! They replaced the lenses in my brand new glasses even though it was my ophthalmologist's office that had made a typo in the prescription. Max even spoke directly with the tech in my ophthalmologist's office to make sure the replacement glasses would be perfect. They always make sure the glasses fit comfortable, as well. They are patient and want you to be happy with your investment. (Plus they are very good at helping you select frames!) read more

Payrite Optical is the best! I discovered this small shop on Greenville by chance. The service is excellent and the value is amazing! I was in the process of choosing frames when my retina became partly detached. The gentlemen at Payrite Optical kept my tray of choices for 2 months while I recovered! Now that's caring service!!! What a place. They have a Ton of frames to choose with great prices. I went to buy a pair of glasses and ended up buying two pairs.They are professional, Honest, Fast and they make you a deal. Arman fixed me up with a nice pair of Japanese handmade wire rim glasses. I wear no line bifocals with transition lenses which are not cheap.
