So I was recommended to Pazi Performance through a friend. I decided to try them out, so as i pulled up to the front lot, a young gentleman (David), greeted me in the front. As I requested an estimate, David gave me a tour of the shop, gave me a live view of the repair stages, and what it took to repair the collision damage on my vehicle. He led me to the office as I stuck around watched some TV on their comfortable couches and ate some snacks. Within 5-10 minutes David arrived with the estimate, he reviewed the estimate and explained everything in details. It was amazing how they actually took all their time and sat down with me for 20 minutes and explained how everything worked. Explains the reason why they're so busy. As we agreed to the prices, he also threw in a free interior and exterior detail, with free touch ups all around the vehicle. The repair took about 4 days as they painted my front and rear bumpers, and both side quarter panels. The car (2012 Chevy Silverado) looked as good as new. The owner also threw in a free oil change for a first time customer welcome! These guys were amazing. I would not recommend Pazi Performance to anyone, whatsoever. My car was here for 2 months and I received my car damaged when it was considered as "finished." I would call this place a total scam because they charge you right after you give them your car. After 2 months, they "fixed" my door, the window won't roll up/down and the interior of my car was a total mess. When I got into the accident, my car sounded perfectly fine. However, when I received my car, the car made the strangest noise. I had to pay $200 out of my own pocket to 1) fix the interior, 2) fix the window malfunction, and 3) have my car engine inspected. Where'd this total mess all come from in the first place? This "business" named Pazi. David and the rest of the staff need to improve their customer service as soon as possible, because their business will seriously sink if they keep continuing like this. The times that I called to check-in to see if my car is being worked on, David would make up lies saying that he's busy, he'd call me back, or he would decline my calls. What business would decline calls from their customers? Clearly, Pazi Performance simply doesn't care about any of their clients. When I received my car, it was practically still damaged. read more

Since my first review was removed for I dont know what reason, this place is well deserved for another one. I recently came back for a spoiler install on my 2015 SL550, and they told me it is going to take about an hour. I asked the manager David if I can watch and see the process of installment. He informed me that it is not allowed to stand in the working station( I totally understand why) but I was more than welcome to stand on the outside area, where my car was fully visible. These guys were so organized. I watched them remove the trunk interior parts and place them separately so nothing will go missing in the end. When the job was done, I took a look at the vehicle up close and everything was perfect. It is so hard to find a shop with you can trust and these guys gained all my trust. Now a days it is very hard to find that one repair shop that is completely honest in all the repairs they do. I found these guys on yelp and was a little bit hesitant taking in my car after seeing the pictures of all the high-end vehicles they repair. I decided to give it a try, and let me tell you it has by far been the best experience I've had at a repair shop. Ara went ahead and checked out the car and told me all i needed was a 60,000 mile service. Ara quoted me half the price as the other shop. I then found out they have a collision center that was filled up like crazy. David his son gave me a tour of the shop and explained all the repair stages that will take place on my vehicle. I went ahead and left the car for the body work (my rear door and quarter panel). Literally three days later I got a call my car was ready. I'm sure everyone gets that horrible feeling when they have to make a visit to an automobile facility. In my past experiences I have changed about three shops until I came across Pazi Performance. The owner Ara is the most honest person I have came across in the automobile business. Before every repair he informs me on what he's going to repair and how much it'll cost, and if something does not need to be repaired immediately he let s me know so I can save more money in my pocket! Who does that nowadays? Every shop I've been to, I'm sure they've written down unnecessary repairs that were not needed for my vehicle and just drained all my money. I have been coming to Pazi Performance for over a year now and will continue coming until I'm no longer able to drive. I don't have any experience with car's body shop. So it was pretty nervous to try new shop. However, since the moment I walked into the shop, I just really loved it. It was a very clean place. the owner was very nice and experienced to help me to estimate the car fixing price and what's the issue to cause it and how to deal with insurance. To begin with, I have no idea why they took half a year just to fix my side door on my car. It should be taking at most 2 months. I get that they may have some issues with the insurance company, but that was way too long! I've gotten my door fixed at a different place which only took a month!! Pazi will definitely tell you lies about "oh, we're working on your car right now," when I'm on the freeway and my car is parked all the way on the side of street. This place is just amazing! I saw the huge sign from the 5 freeway so i decided to stop by to get a estimate on some damages that I had on my 2012 Bmw 535i.
