This all started when my original wheels on my Mercedes Benz S560 had to be replaced. I first dealt with Arman as I needed to replace my wheels due to the them constantly cracking. Before even placing my order and paying. I asked Arman if the Forgiato wheels I was purchasing were known to cracking like the AMG wheels I had originally on my vehicle. Arman stated he has never heard of my specific Forgiato wheels in cracking, so I went ahead with my purchase. Not even 4 months later the Forgiato wheels all had multiple cracks and I reached out to Arman, but stated the warranty on Forgiato wheels had been voided due to me getting them welded (not a problem as this is general for wheel warranty) and once told me if I would like to replace them he would be sure to provide a "hefty discounted" as Arman knew I drive all the way from the Bay Area to them. Once they became unrepairable and the welds wouldn't hold anymore, I decided to reach out to Arman on placing an order and schedule a date to come by and replace them. For some odd reason Arman was no longer responding to my emails or requested call backs and Tom started dealing with me on getting these Forgiato wheels replaced. Once Tom provided me a quote for a couple different wheels and tire package I noticed the quotes did not have any discounts. When I reached out about it he said "on these wheels we don't really offer discounts". Oh, so you wanted to provide discounts on probably some other pos wheels that don't sell and probably have terrible durability? Tom then says he would give $200 off. That became laughable as $200 isn't even the sales tax or gas for me to drive to them. I ended up getting Vossen HF-5 in the Bay Area for way less than what they quoted me and it is going on one year with not a single crack. I started realizing these two guys are fairies and tell nothing but fairytales. Which then comes to my conclusion that the owner is Timmy Tunner and you got Cosmo and Wanda as their salesmen. read more

I bought a set of wheels from Arman @ Vibe motorsport. I gave the correct specifications of my car model year and make.. I specifically let them know that my car had Brembo brakes. Took forever to get the wheels when I got the wheels and I installed them on the car the front wheels rubbed against my brake calipers. I had a show coming up So Armand suggested I sent two wheels back and they would get me two wheels redone. I mentioned to him that for rotation purposes, I need all four wheels done. He said just to get you to the show that he would get at least two wheels to fit. I had to buy spacers for them to figure out the correct offset on these wheels, even though they know the vehicle and would know the correct offset. I gave them my credit card number as a show of good faith so they would ship me the wheels and I would ship them the other two wheels back. I got the wheels installed them on the car and was able to make the show. when they received the wheels in one of the areas where the valve stem was removed, had a couple of little scuff marks he made a big deal about it never asked me to give him some money to correct it. I since then which was last year in the spring have been emailing him about the other two wheels because for tire rotation purposes, I cannot rotate front to back because the offset is different different. His last email he said he was going to talk to management and get back to me. Have not heard from him. It's gonna be almost a year.. I did write him a good review because at the time they were willing to step up and help out. I see that they don't stand behind their word. Advice to anybody that reads this is mature you put it in writing that you give him all the information and if they screw up, they should be responsible for making it right for you. And if you need something in a hurry, order it way ahead of time because it takes quite a while to get your wheels. Also, I forgot to mention when I originally received the wheels, there were blotches on the paint that I had to pay a detailer to get the wheels up to new standards. read more

Alex at Vibe hooked it up big time with a road force balance on my C8 corvette. The previous shop I had taken it to to powder coat the factory wheels black, installed one of them on backwards and did not balance them. After I picked it up from that shop, the wheels looked great but I noticed after a few weeks that there was a lot of wobble/rattle at higher speeds that had never been the case before the wheel work. Very concerning for a brand new performance car! A friend who is a car guy agreed with my concerns and told me I should probably do a Road Force balance, which that original shop doesn't do. Enter Vibe: Alex figured out all the issues right away and did so for a very reasonable price, and within 1 hour while I waited! Very professional shop. He handles the wheels and lug nuts with the utmost care. This place is not your average garage- they take immense pride in their work. I am coming back soon to wrap my side blades and potentially add a spoiler. And I'm going to be bringing my wife's Mercedes suv here hereafter for those special touches as well. Road pressure tire balancing done - a lot of balancing shops thought I was speaking Greek when I called and asked if they did it. Not these guys. It's the way they do balancing.
