She ensured she knew how to operate her scan from home system in which, yes people they monitor your braces from a system you take home no need to be consumed with coming in constantly! I had a smaller child who became restless and Jhona put a Disney show on her so that we could focus on the treatment plan. She went above and beyond plugging in numbers to get payments where they needed to be for us. I also had a consultations with other Orthodontist and I have Tricare insurance they quoted me a price and wanted to get me in the chair immediately. However, Jhona contacted my insurance company to ensure I was covered based on my age in which I wasn't! Words can't express what her attention to detail meant as these other places would have had me paying out of pocket a crazy amount of money based on the fact they didn't check the fine print. I was down about the fact that I was not covered for Ortho care and Johana said, give me a bit and worked it out to where I could receive care at an affordable price! My daughter went back to get her braces and as I waited I heard a big welcome and cheer from staff for her, which just made her feel comfortable and like family. My smaller child was upset she wasn't getting a bag full of goodies or braces, lol and Jhona made her feel part of the process by giving her a T-shirt. The receptionist welcomed us and got us in the back very quickly and the Orthodontist took her time and answered all my questions. Lastly, I got a message from Jhona checking on my daughter a day later as braces at first can be a bit painful, she offered some tips for pain, words of encouragement and let me know I could contact directly with any questions. After searching online, I came across Temple Total Dental & Orthodontic. My first impression was every staff were friendly. The dentist was really nice, professional and attention to detail. Dental assistants were kind with good customer service. I really had a great experience with Mimi the dental assistant...she explained each process, very thorough, gentle and let me be involved in my plan of care by choosing which crown I like. They had a student dental assistant and he did a good job as well and will be trained well by a wonderful team. The dental hygienist was really cool and gentle during my treatment. Overall, I had a great experience and I'm pleased with the decision I made.
