Nic was the associate manager, and he helped me through the buying process. Very patient very knowledgeable of handguns and super friendly as well. They have great prices and they don't have something in stock. They can always order it. I reviewed the service plan and they have a great price for that where they will ship the weapon for you if there's any type of warranty work that needs to be done. Mixed feelings about my recent shopping experience here. I came to Dick's Sporting Goods a few…read moreweeks ago for a few reasons: 1) I needed some new swim trunks. There is a heated pool in the hotel I am staying and darn it, I was going to use it! 2) my brother needed new sneakers 3) we both needed new gloves. We both had a pair but needed one that allow you to text message. Why? The company I work for, which also had just hired my brother use an app on your phone to give you access to enter through the doors. You better be able to touch your screen of you won't get in. Problem is... if it's cold as heck you don't want to take off your gloves. I easily found the swim trunks... a bit pricey for my taste... $40. We went to the shoe section and got my brother a new pair of sneakers that comfortably fit and were reasonably priced. We were helped by the employees manning that section. Gloves... that was a nightmare. Finding the section wasn't easy and required me to ask someone for help... when I got there that section was a mess. Took me 30 minutes to find the type of gloves we were looking for and in our size... ridiculous. If they had all sections of their store as well managed as the show area... this would be at least a four star review. Still since I am finding my way around the area if I need winter clothes or shoes... I may find myself here again.

Upon recieving the pistols from the manufacturer (Sig Sauer) this business was supposed to ship the pistols to Federal Firearms Licensees near the service member's homes to allow for legal transfer to the individual purchasers. My experience which was shared by many of my fellow unit members has been even though I provided Sniper Co with the recieving FFL's info and my credit card number to pay the shipping expenses almost 2 weeks later the pistol has not shipped. Despite a number of calls to the company when I have been told it "would go out that day", the only other communication I have had with them has been in reply to a comment I made on their Facebook site asking me not to comment and to call again. Really frustrated with the lack of accountability and customer service!

Kind of a let down. We have been here a few times before and have never left without purchasing…read morestuff, but there just wasn't much there today. Very little stuff for marines. Some nice tactical jackets, but not a wide selection. There was a lot less here than we had seen in the past. We bought some awesome backpacks with metal frames a couple years ago. We have bought tactical gear, clothes, hats, patches, etc. in the past. Always had friendly service too. Just seems like it's changed a lot.
