I would recommend anyone come here to get their devices fixed. It's one of those places where they aren't trying to rip you off every second of the day and that's probably why people keep coming back. Much cheaper than the dealers and significantly more helpful than any of the official stores. Coming here is the equivalent of finding a guy who lives next door and can fix your device for peanuts. It's not peanuts but compared to how much the retail stores are charging it may as well be free. I recommend this place to anyone who's having trouble with their devices. Notice that there are two of them across the hall from each other inside the Eastern Hills Mall. One of them is much bigger. I'm not really sure what the differences are besides that.

First thing Monday Quinten, who was working on my laptop, called me personally. He wanted to make sure he fully understood my concerns and double-checked that I was aware a factory reset would wipe my info before he proceeded. Even though he ran into a few unexpected issues, he still fixed it quickly and took the time to answer all of my questions. Compared to Geek Squad, this was faster, more affordable, and much more personal. When I was in a total panic, Quinten was calm and reassuring. I'll never go anywhere else--Quinten is the best!"

Anyway, tears and panic ensued. I knew to turn it off and flip it over but watching cider drip from between the keys, I also knew I was going to need help getting this thing dried out. We brought it to this shop, and the told the staff what happened. The customer service was amazing. They were so helpful, didn't preach or lecture, they took it right away, scrubbed it, took it apart, dried it out, put it back together, and had it back to us in under 30 minutes. Coming here was the best decision. I would definitely recommend this place.

This is the worst Tmobile store I ever went to, this used to be a very friendly, good customer…read moreservice store, WTH happened? Went out of my way to go here thinking I would get the same service as years ago, I was so wrong. Upon entering I was asked what I needed, I told the worker that I wanted to return a phone I bought yeaterday, at a different location, he immediately said there is a $70 restocking fee, I said no I was told $20 being the phone was under $300, he never even seen the phone I was returning as it was still in my bag and the restocking fee depends on the price of the phone. So he asked me why I was returning it, I explained that not only did it get really warm to the touch after just charging it and scrolling around ( thought maybe damaged) he said that was normal, so I told him I also didn't like the size, very small screen, and thin, like it would break if dropped just once. (moto edge 2024) So he gets VERY loud and says that is the best mid range phone they sell and everything else is junk. (wow) he shows me his iphone and said that his is even smaller and that was one of the biggest they sold (6.6/ not true). I tried several more times to explain the other reasons why i didn't like the phone and that I wasn't using it for gaming or watching videos, so I didn't need all the updated software etc. The other guy working there jumps in and starts saying the same thing, I'm making a bad decision to exchange phones, everything is cheap junk compared to that phone. I got the phone on a upgrade promotion and didn't handle or try the phone out (my mistake) but there is a 14 day buyers remorse, I should not have gone through all that wanting to return it. Then both guys told me if I return the phone I forfeit the $200 off promotion because I already got it with that phone. (not true again) I was speachless and felt ganged up on, I could not get my point across to them, I picked the phone off the counter, put it back in the bag and left. Never have I ever experienced such rude employees. I was literally shaking when I got back in my car. I went to another Tmobile where I returned the phone (NF BLVD) without any problems. The young man (Willie) was polite, friendly and listened. He even went out of his way finding the phone I traded in and returned it back to me if I needed to use it for another promotion. I was seconds away from going with another carrier after being a customer for over 16 years with Tmobile. I also spoke to a supervisor from the main tmobile customer service number and he didn't say anything about the store and how I was treated, you would think he would care and follow up with the store manager.
