    miami heat

We are Miami locals, so we know this place well. We just recently came for a heat game so i decided to make this review to tell you what to expect, but also give you a couple of tips. First off, parking at the arena will cost you a fortune. Do yourself a favor and find offstreet parking or a public parking lot. Aside from going bankrupt from parking, you will also experience an hour and a half delay from your day if you come to a concert, sports game, or any other big crowd event here. To leave this parking lot, you need to be patient. So don't torture yourself that way. The food inside is quite expensive. A personal papa johns pizza can cost you double what it does at the restaurant. For an overview, we went to said heat game and bought two poke bowls and spent almost 70 dollars. Yup. Eat prior, and DRINK prior because a water can run you 9 dollars. Don't get hypnotized by the 14 dollar ice cream cone from Haagen Daz. Not worth it. There are a lot of exits in the area which is nice when theres a huge crowd trying to leave the place. Don't get up early from the game and don't leave the concert early to try to avoid crowds. Its not worth it. Theres so many doors to the exterior that you won't be stuck in there for long. Enjoy the end of your event. If you are sensitive to cold places like me, bring a sweater. The AC is cranked up to the highest setting. If youre coming in a little dress and you get cold easy, youre not going to have a good time. And if youre unlucky and get seated right under a vent (like I did for the salsa festival in 2022) then youre probably going to catch a bad cold. This is all for now. Enjoy your concert and come prepared!

I always go to Kaseya Center to watch my favorite team Miami HEAT play and watch a concert by Coldplay. This venue is great for a lot of events like concerts or sporting events. The place is located in Biscayne Boulevard with a lot of restautants and bars in and outside the arena. It is walking distance to the Bayside Marketplace. Parking is not a problem as there is parking inside the arena, and street parking around the area. The place is clean, and have friendly and courteous staff. Securuty is strict especially at the entrance so they make it sure that the place is safe and for you to have a great time. Check it out!

We went to the Heat v/s Boston game to support our home town team versus one of our nemeses. This stadium is beautiful and very technologically advanced. The large screen has amazing clarity, the audio is also amazing and the seats (at least the ones I sat in) have a great view of the court. The security to get inside is good and they have a good presence to protect the fans. The stadium is smaller than others but other than that it's a great place to attend any venue.

The only times I go to Kaseya are for Heat games. I am a huge fan and I recently went for UDs #40 retirement ceremony during the MIA vs ATL game. Parking is always a breeze w zero cost. I get in an hour early and eat at only two places, the VEGAN and Poke option. It's pretty expensive food, so it's around $80 total. Seat are perfect section 114. Bathroom is right outside and the exit too. Never an issue to get out of downtown if you know how to navigate the streets.

I went to my first event here since they decided to open the doors 1 hour prior to the event starting. Thumbs down on that move and on top of that the doors actually only opened 57 minutes prior to tipoff. The only good thing was that after someone spilled my drink all over the place, a guest experience person was nearby with a mop to clean it up quickly ! Restrooms were clean and finally the food was good for an arena. See you next season !

my boyfriend and i came to kaseya arena for a heat game. the atmosphere was super energetic! the security line was super long, and we even got there early. we had to wait about 15 minutes in line. we splurged and got seats on the 100 level - they were super worth it! there's lots of food options, but it's quite expensive. parking in the arena garage is also very expensive - street parking or other garages near by are definitely better options. overall rating: 8/10

This venue is home to the Miami Heat! Kaseya center is great to watch concerts as well as many other events. The food is pretty much anything you can think of, they have a variety of everything to choose from. The prices are a little high, those are my thoughts, but you're there to watch a sporting event. Kaseya center is very clean and always up to date. You are sure to have a great time at whatever event you attend.

Going into the arena, the staff and process works like a well-oiled machine, if you have your tickets handy.

This was the absolute worst service I have ever received…read more 1) Service was terrible. I didn't get a single response to my questions or need for updates. The only time they reached out was when they had a question about the payment. 2) I simply asked for my keyboard keys to be made less sticky. They didn't fix the problem at all. I NOW have to take it back to another technician. 3) A week after I left my computer at the store, once they said they had fixed it, they called and said that they had lost my password. I told them multiple times what it was and texted it to them. They said it didn't work and asked me to come down. Once I was there, they said they got it to work. This was the absolute biggest waste of money I have ever spent. And the biggest biggest waste of time. I 100% don't recommend this service, and please don't book an appointment with them. My technician was called Darian. I don't know if it was his fault, or the fault of the company - probably both. but I was shock by the deception and unreliability.

It was going to end up costing me $280. Tbh I don't care about the money so I believed them and agreed. But my 64 year old father who never used an oculus in his life asked me to bring it to him before paying them lol. Thank god I did because somehow he fixed it within 15 min. So basically don't fall for these scams and bring your tech to your parents lol

And indeed; it didn't go worse or even close to any of our past experiences! Rick doesn't even deserve to be compared to any other IT company; he's the bestest in the history of ever!!! :) lol. He goes out of his way and he will do things out of his job description to keep a customer happy and satisfied. That goes without saying he does know his ishhhh... Unlike these "Geek Squad" clowns. We've paid ridiculous amounts of money to so many different people in a period of 3 years for little network issues that ended up being unsolved until Rick came along. Our relationship with Rick is definitely headed to long-term :) and we highly recommend him. We are forever grateful we found him!

We're in north beach and some mobile providers get weak coverage on our property. We were looking for a solution where residents can use their phones all over the property for calls and web access. We contacted BlueTech IT (as well as a few others) for a proposal and they provided a comprehensive and detailed plan of action. We knew our layout was challenging but Rick at BlueTech was upfront with us about what to expect and gave us a thorough presentation of WiFi technology and recommended the perfect equipment for our property. We now have excellent coverage throughout all these areas and our WiFi speeds are fantastic. Our board of directors is extremely happy with the results and our residents can now use their phones in the garage and other weak areas with no problem. We appreciated the communication throughout the project and they really are experienced. They oversaw the entire project from cabling to installation. BlueTech is now our preferred vendor for IT services and we are now working with them to get WiFi coverage for our beach.
