Kaseya Center is the home of the Miami Heat! So, of course, my most recent visit was for a Heat game. I came for the Dwyane Wade HOF Heat game against the Charlotte Hornets and the experience was five stars. I've been to Heat games many times over the years and feel like my experience at this arena gets better and better each time. For parking, you can definitely park at Bayside to hang out before the game if you're trying to beat some traffic and then walk over (not too long of a walk) when it's time for the game. This time around, we parked at the lot right in front, which was definitely the move since it was raining a bit. This was $50 and I heard parking at Bayside was $40, so I feel like the front lot was well worth it, especially if you carpool and split the cost. Going into the arena, the staff and process works like a well-oiled machine, if you have your tickets handy. They've definitely done this many a times and we got to our seats in the 100s section in no time. I had some friends go to another game recently and said that it took some time to get their food and drinks but when we ordered ours, it didn't take too long. Its standard food & drink pricing at an arena but with many different local vendors and spots here to buy from like Bodega. I did like how there were QR codes partnered with Doordash at the seats that you can order food at and go to pick it up instead of waiting in line to order. We didn't do this but thought it was super smart. Staff is super helpful when trying to find your section and seats. The person stationed at our section was a gem, dancing to the music playing and having a great time at the game alongside us. The house of Miami Heat has a new name and it was nice to be inside the Kaseya center. We came for Udonis Haslem's retirement party. We saw Butler, Herro, Robinson, Lawry all land buckets. We were in section 122 and they were nice seats! Back in triple A days I sat in the 300s and it's too high and scary I decided I'd never sit up there again. If you go on the Kaseya website before the game you can see the sections that have different food options. I went to section 315 and got hot dogs for my family. Came to watch a basketball game. First time ever and I must say it wasn't so bad. From parking to getting to the venue. Obviously you have to allow enough time to get there. Food: I ordered spicy chicken sandwich. It was better than I expected specially being stadium food. Price for that combo with waffle fries and a drink... get ready $22 bucks... again stadium venue food... service: it was okay however understaff for a game such as Lakers - Heat. Overall: Kaseya didn't disappoint me for my first time and hope not to be the last... I would definitely explore more. We are Miami locals, so we know this place well. We just recently came for a heat game so i decided to make this review to tell you what to expect, but also give you a couple of tips. First off, parking at the arena will cost you a fortune. Do yourself a favor and find offstreet parking or a public parking lot. Aside from going bankrupt from parking, you will also experience an hour and a half delay from your day if you come to a concert, sports game, or any other big crowd event here. To leave this parking lot, you need to be patient. So don't torture yourself that way. The food inside is quite expensive. A personal papa johns pizza can cost you double what it does at the restaurant. For an overview, we went to said heat game and bought two poke bowls and spent almost 70 dollars. Yup. Eat prior, and DRINK prior because a water can run you 9 dollars. Don't get hypnotized by the 14 dollar ice cream cone from Haagen Daz. Not worth it. There are a lot of exits in the area which is nice when theres a huge crowd trying to leave the place. Don't get up early from the game and don't leave the concert early to try to avoid crowds. Its not worth it. Theres so many doors to the exterior that you won't be stuck in there for long. Enjoy the end of your event. If you are sensitive to cold places like me, bring a sweater. The AC is cranked up to the highest setting. If youre coming in a little dress and you get cold easy, youre not going to have a good time. And if youre unlucky and get seated right under a vent (like I did for the salsa festival in 2022) then youre probably going to catch a bad cold. This is all for now. we went to a Heat game here right before Thanksgiving and it was SO MUCH FUN!! It didn't hurt that Heat won in overtime!!! But still, this venue is super well run- they have perfected the art of crowd control. We found our seats easily in the nose bleed section, the bathrooms were super clean, all the employees we interacted with went out of their way with friendliness, and we were out the door and into the metro mover lickity split after the game! I always go to Kaseya Center to watch my favorite team Miami HEAT play and watch a concert by Coldplay. This venue is great for a lot of events like concerts or sporting events. The place is located in Biscayne Boulevard with a lot of restautants and bars in and outside the arena. It is walking distance to the Bayside Marketplace. Parking is not a problem as there is parking inside the arena, and street parking around the area. The place is clean, and have friendly and courteous staff. Securuty is strict especially at the entrance so they make it sure that the place is safe and for you to have a great time. Check it out! read more

We went to the Heat v/s Boston game to support our home town team versus one of our nemeses. This stadium is beautiful and very technologically advanced. The large screen has amazing clarity, the audio is also amazing and the seats (at least the ones I sat in) have a great view of the court. The security to get inside is good and they have a good presence to protect the fans. The stadium is smaller than others but other than that it's a great place to attend any venue. read more

The only times I go to Kaseya are for Heat games. I am a huge fan and I recently went for UDs #40 retirement ceremony during the MIA vs ATL game. Parking is always a breeze w zero cost. I get in an hour early and eat at only two places, the VEGAN and Poke option. It's pretty expensive food, so it's around $80 total. Seat are perfect section 114. Bathroom is right outside and the exit too. Never an issue to get out of downtown if you know how to navigate the streets. read more

My boyfriend and I are Heat season ticket holders so we very frequently visit the Kaseya Center. I'm grateful to say we've never had a bad experience! Everyone has been helpful when asked and the arena is kept clean. I specifically appreciate that there is always an attendant in the bathroom because they can easily get messy during large events. I will say, the staff isn't overly friendly - however, I'm not looking for small talk just to be able to answer any questions we may have and they've consistently done just that. read more

I went to my first event here since they decided to open the doors 1 hour prior to the event starting. Thumbs down on that move and on top of that the doors actually only opened 57 minutes prior to tipoff. The only good thing was that after someone spilled my drink all over the place, a guest experience person was nearby with a mop to clean it up quickly ! Attended the Benson Boone concert which was fabulous but paid $130 to Valet my car only to discover the valet stole my handmade Gucci leather strap attached to my keyset. Disgusted to say the least ..... paid good money to have a great experience with my daughter and this is how my night ended. I went to the Andrea Bocelli concert Sunday night, December 22. I had bought tickets six months in advance. Section 310 row 20. Just recently, I found out that I was having knee surgery so I could not walk up 20 steps. I called Guest Relations and was told to go to the Guest Experience area in section 306 when I got to the center. It was the worst experience!! They first changed my seat which was very nice for them to do. Then twice different people came and said that those were their seats. Then I was relocated a third time down to the floor section Row 8 The last row in the back. I don't know how the woman at guest relations could say "I think you will be happy with these seats" When we got to our third set of seats two people were in those seats. This was a huge arena. I loved here. It was easy for me to get in at the entrance. It was much faster than the security gates at Miami airport. I enjoyed the pregame show. I felt the heat from the fire. The arena was relatively clean. Everything was expensive in Miami, but here was very reasonable. Overall, i thought it was a good arena. The food is pretty much anything you can think of, they have a variety of everything to choose from. The prices are a little high, those are my thoughts, but you're there to watch a sporting event. We visited the Kaseya Center to see Doja Cat's Scarlet Tour with Ice Spice opening. The last time I was here was before the pandemic and it was a different name then. I do remember, however, the traffic was always a mess and the lines to get drinks and food were so long that you would spend maybe 20/30 minutes in line. However, our experience this time was completely different. Not only was traffic terrifically well-managed, but we were able to get a decent parking spot only about 30 minutes before Ice Spice came out. We were able to get in, use the restroom, and get drinks before she came out. We even had some time to sit and chat. The drinks are expensive - especially if you get a double. Expect to pay $25 for one drink. This is pretty standard for other venues, though. The drinks were strong and yummy. The arena is a circle, so that means no matter where you are in the arena, the seats are decent. Compared to the Sunrise arena, which is an oval shape, the seats across from the stage a further than the same seat at the Kaseya Center. The shows were incredible and the audio quality was great. The pyrotechnics and lights were exceptional. The arena also spaced out 20-30 minutes between Ice Spice and Doja Cat. This gave us enough time to use the restroom and get food. The restrooms are small, I will say. However, they have about 5 sets (women/men) on each floor. The lines to get food were a bit deceiving in the fact that they looked long but it took less than 10 minutes to circle through 20 people and get their food to them. The service was quick and the food was good for what it was - chicken fingers and French fries. The security staff were very helpful and even danced with us at some points. Such fun! It was east to navigate the arena and leave. It used to take us a good 20 minutes to drive a mile down the road to I-95 but with traffic being so well-managed, we go there in no time and got home earlier than expected read more

Kaseya is a scummy company that will keep invoicing you long after you have cancelled their service, and threaten you with collections even after repeated polite conversations with their reps! I used the Spanning backup service until summer 2022, then no longer needed it. I disconnected it from my data, and was not planning on renewing. Kaseya bought the company that year, then invoiced me under their new name without referencing Spanning, three months before my plan expired. It looked like a phishing scam so I ignored it. When they sent me a late payment notice three months later, I realized who it was, but I was unable to log in to their new website to access or cancel my service! I called and emailed customer service to cancel it, they said that the plan could not be cancelled unless written notice was given at least 2 months before the renewal?!... Such B.S.! I told them their service had stopped working months before, and that the business that had the old Spanning account had stopped operating. Still, a year later, they reinvoiced me for that first renewal, plus a second annual renewal. When I politely reminded them that I had cancelled, they asked me to send them my old cancellation email again, "for their records". Apparently they somehow "lose track" of customer communications that are inconvenient for them. So I sent that old email again. Despite all that, two weeks later I get another late billing notice with a collections threat. Save yourself the hassle, don't ever give them your contact or payment info. read more

I used one of their services for about 3 years... They sent an email offering a new product and my sales rep switched me from RFT to Kaseya Compliance Manager. Well, my sales rep didn't do his job like he promised and didn't cancel RFT and Kaseya continued to bill me for both RFT and Compliance Manager. I discovered the issue going through my credit card statements and immediatly notified my sales rep, who guess what? was no longer with the company... so I sent all my previous emails to my new sales rep... who literally read what my sales rep said in an email and said "That's not what your sales rep meant and I'm not taking this to my manager and getting fired over this" - They LIE and CHEAT and they are NOT honorable. I worked with RFT for years... When Kaseya bought them up it went downhill QUICK - I'm not the only one with issues, there are many like me on Reddit, Facebook groups, Discord groups etc... Yes, I'm reporting to the Better Business Bureau as well. They think they are unstoppable and they cannot be hurt. They can be. Oh and look up their breaches, such as the Kaseya REvil Ransomware Cyberattack, that hit over 50% of their MSP business clients. read more
