STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Before choosing this practice, I encourage you to conduct thorough research! Review publicly available information regarding a MEDICAL MALPRACTICE case involving Dr. Karandish in 2023, as well as a PUBLIC REPRIMAND associated with California MEDICAL LICENSE NUMBER C 168905, which is part of the Dr. Karandish's public licensing record. I underwent EndoLift treatment with the expectation of cosmetic improvement; however, in my experience, the outcome left me looking worse rather than better. Following the EndoLift procedure, I developed visible platysmal band protrusion in my neck and increased under-eye sagging. These issues have been distressing and have significantly affected my appearance. What concerns me most is that these specific adverse outcomes were neither disclosed to me during my consultation nor identified in the consent forms I signed. Given that this was an elective cosmetic procedure, patients should be fully informed of all known and reasonably foreseeable risks so they can make a truly informed decision about treatment. After I brought these concerns to Dr.K's attention, he acknowledged that platysmal band protrusion occurs in approximately 5% of his patients and that I can address it with Botox. Learning this after the fact was particularly troubling because it suggested that this was a known potential complication. Had I been informed of this risk beforehand, I would have asked additional questions and carefully reconsidered whether to proceed with treatment. My concerns were not taken seriously when I returned for follow-up care. During my last visit, after expressing disappointment with my results, Dr. K YELLED at me and instructed me to leave his office. I found this response dismissive, disrespectful, and inconsistent with the professional standards of patient care, particularly given the concerns I was raising about the outcome of my procedure. PCH Med Spa's website describes the EndoLift procedure as "proven safe and effective," "minimally invasive," and having "no risk of side effects or complications." FALSE ADVERTISING!!! I was left with an extreme amount of fibrosis and lumpiness after my Endolift treatment, even though I had very little fibrosis to begin with. Before booking, I specifically expressed my concerns because I had already invested so much into my body and asked him, "Are you sure I'm going to be okay?" I was reassured that I would be fine. Within about two months of the procedure, I repeatedly let the front desk know that something did not look or feel right. When I finally returned around four months later, it took quite some time for him to pull up my before-and-after photos. When we compared them, his initial response was essentially, "Really? I feel like it looks better." He then said he believed me when I explained that my stomach was not this lumpy beforehand. Since this procedure, I have spent over $4,000 trying to improve the area through post-op massages, hyperbaric chamber treatments, and other recovery treatments. He kindly provided one skin-booster treatment for the affected area, but afterward I was told I could continue purchasing the same treatment myself. My biggest disappointment is the lack of accountability. I trusted his reassurance before undergoing Endolift, and I do not feel the outcome reflects the level of skill or care I was promised. I'm posting my own before-and-after photos so people can see the difference for themselves. The before photo shows what my stomach looked like prior to Endolift, and the after photos show the lumpiness and irregular texture I have been dealing with since. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this treatment with this provider. Have to update my review. I had a thread lift and fat graph. I was very pleased with my results. The Dr and his staff are amazing. What makes this place even better is that the Dr here is so humble and kind spirited. I was very pleased with my results, however I had some more concerns on my face. The Dr told me to come in and he asked me what my concerns were and he completely fixed all my concerns and made me even more happy. So I bought $632 GROUPON FOR AN $1100 treatment specifically Xeomin injections (similar to Botox) and my groupon had expired. I came into their office showed them. My groupon explained to them that I knew that it was expired and that I was not expecting the promotional value of the original groupon, and that I just expected to use the $632 towards the regular price of the xeomin treatment. So they brought me back and the Dr. K gave me the Xeomin injections. Afterward, when I went to Pay, they told me they would not accept the original amount of $632 that I had already paid them as payment. I told them that I was not expecting the promotional rate only the regular rate that they will charge anybody. They had to honor the amount of $632 towards the cost of the service according to groupon standards and policy. Groupons expire, but the amount paid never expires according to groupon policy: The amount you paid never expires. The merchant is solely responsible to you for honoring the voucher up to the amount paid, even after the promotional value has expired. They totally tried to gaslight me and give me the runaround even though I knew 100% that I was correct explained to them again groupon's rules, and I also reiterated that when I came in, I explained this to them before they even did the injections as well. Because I had to leave my credit card in order to make an appointment in the first place in case it was a no-show they have my credit card on file and we're going to charge my credit card instead of accepting the payment of $632 that I've already paid through the groupon. Now this is the clincher, the regular price for the Xeomin injections only came to a total of $550. So technically, they owe me $82 which I didn't even care about. I just expected to use the amount of money that I paid for groupon towards the xeomin service. The doctor is a complete misogynist and have the nerve to tell me to look at him when he's speaking to me as if I was a child who didn't know what they were talking about. This isn't even an argument. It's very cut and dry. They have to honor the policy that they agree to if they are going to do business with groupon. Needless to say I'm I've been here for two hours 2 1/2 hours now, luckily I don't have anything going on today or else I'd be really pissed off but I'm very politely and casually waiting for them to come out of the back room so I can my chat with groupon Customer Service that says specifically They that the merchant is responsible for honoring the amount that I paid for the coupon, even if the promotional value had expired. There are no patients here and there hasn't been one patient that has walked in since I have been here. They are lying to me telling me that the manager is with a patient which she clearly is not and they're just trying to wait me out and gaslight me so I can leave and they can charge my credit card instead of redeem the voucher like they legally professionally and ethically should be doing. Not only is this totally unprofessional and insulting, but it's rude, it's disrespectful and it seems at this point that it's intentional. I would never do business here and living in EMERALD BAY for 20+ years and being a 4th generation from laguna beach believe me, I will tell all of my friends not to ever come here . I have a lot of very wealthy friends of whom could've potentially been their future clientele in this area.. Not any more. If a business isn't going to conduct themselves professionally or honor their obligatory commitments that they make with third-parties then one must ask the question whether their services are as deceitful and shady as their behavior. After receiving a Morpheus8 treatment, my facial skin was seriously damaged due to her poor technique. The results were so bad that I had to visit two dermatology specialists at Mission Viejo Hospital just to understand the extent of the damage caused. When I politely explained that I could not continue the remaining sessions because of what happened to my skin, she refused to take any responsibility! After being enticed by the monthly special for microneedling, I messaged Jacqueline, the nurse, on her social media page and she quickly responded and helped make an appointment for me.
