Unfortunately it was a holiday weekend and we would have to leave it. This was no problem but I was going to have to come back to get it if it was worth it. I wouldn't even give them a 1. Scammers or just extremely incompetent. We booked an emissions…read moreinspection two weeks in advance. We never received any updates-zero, zilch. I had to call near the end of the day, only to be told they didn't have an inspector available and that they would need to keep the car another day. Again, the next day, there were no updates. I had to call myself and received the same response. We didn't get our vehicle back for over 72 hours, despite never being warned this could happen. When we finally got it back, we were told it failed safety inspection and supposedly needed around $1800 in repairs, plus new tires and a laundry list of other expensive work. The more we questioned it, the more the story changed. Suddenly it became we "just needed brake pads." The employee talked in circles, contradicted himself multiple times, and when we expressed frustration over them keeping our car for three days without warning, his response was, "I'm sorry I guess." Neat...super professional. We replaced the brake pads elsewhere and returned for the reinspection. Would you look at that, there were now different issues that conveniently required more repairs through them leading to once again the vehicle not passing. I would like those minutes of our life back between the complete lack of communication, professionalism, changing explanations, and endless expensive repair "recs". We will never be back, and I would advise no one else go there with their vehicle unless you'd like to donate some of your kids college fund to them.
