Imo the Wendy's and Chik-fil-A spicy chicken sandwiches are better imo. 3/5 The two seats booths are too close together and the metal supports under the table make it uncomfortable for a taller person to sit there. This place is an absolute gem! Went for lunch with my children and friend after visiting MOSI. My son accidentally tipped a table over and sent my friend's lunch flying, creating a huge mess! The staff was so gracious and kind. Immediately came over to help clean us up the mess, made my friend a brand new salad and even brought the children warm cookies, fresh out of the oven! Amazing service, delicious food, and just an overall phenomenal experience! And the hand washing station in the lobby was a huge hit with everyone! Will absolutely be back! read more

The best spicy chicken sandwich ever. I had a free sandwich through my app and I decided to redeem it today. I had the pretties made chicken sandwich that was so thick, tender and juicy with the perfect amount of lettuce and pickles. Not sure who made this sandwich but it was a replica of the photos shown throughout the store. The service was quick and the food was cooked to perfection. I choose to eat my spicy sandwich with their homemade buffalo blu sauce. It hit the spot and I was very happy when I left! Thanks for all the love and quality with my lunch today. As an ex employee, management sucks. This location has a very high turn over with employees. Manager run this location like a boot camp and he's the drill Sargent (not good). Management could use a course on how to talk and treat employees. Chicken doesn't get washed, just taken out of bag and prepare to cook (yuke). Went here for lunch 1 day and got the worst experience ever! The young lady in the drive thru was rude because I asked for no ice in my drink and the drink was wrong! Then I checked my food and it was wrong, so I asked for well steamed broccoli and when I got it back it was burnt! PDQ reminds me of Zaxbys. Staff was extremely nice well staffed. Restaurant had dine in which was great! Food look better then it tasted. Wow were we impressed not only with the food but with the staff as well!!! The food was fresh and delicious! We loved all the choices for sides and I tried the street corn..so delicious!! The honey butter sandwich was juicy and so flavorful!! The chicken tenders were tender and the breading was crispy! The manager came out and spoke to us and saw that two of us are USF students and brought them out a complementary PDQ USF t shirt that was adorable! They have won some returning customers!!! In my opinion the only reason to go to pdq is the sauce. If you just like their plain chicken that's understandable but I literally spend $12 for sauce and whatever bs i can dip it in. once you don't give me the sauce I've wasted $12. I had someone else run grab it and they didn't double check the bag so I wound up with these oversalted twice fried fries that were disgusting. Idk how the chicken was, I threw it away. PDQ sauces are popular and people love them so you'd think the employees would be more conscientious but they aren't. It's not a big ask to make sure you give people at least one. besides that the lines are always long and the customer service is always bad, but it's all excusable. I don't really care about how I'm treated while waiting in line personally as long as I get what i paid for. Ised to think this is one of the best PDQs but quality and conscientiousness have severely dropped in the last couple months. we often order this for the whole office for lunch but I doubt we'll be doing that anymore. read more

The service is horrible and the window staffs need to be trained. I always ask for a batch from scratch and did not get it. The first woman said "I only have five." She had no verbal skills. It sounded as if she only had five pieces of chicken left. The second woman did not comprehend even when I suggested the first one get further training. When I called and spoke to the manage he accused me of not speaking slowly which I do not but am very intelligent and have excellent communication skills. It is rude to criticize a customer for how she speaks and being a bit bipolar having been on disability we usually do not speak very slowly. One count of discrimination. There was more than one issue but the manager apparently was unable to absorb more than one simple thing at a time. He hung up on me when I expressed displeasure at his responses. The staff is equivalent to his intellectual prowess. I am fond of the store on Watters I frequent when going to the movies around there. People are treated decently and I am heard but I live far from there. read more
