Needed just a routine A/C maintenance call, no rush (it's 102+) but they were here the next day! Wow! The technician, Celso, was very friendly and professional. He explained a lot of what he was doing. He did his best to sell me an appliance insurance plan (LOL!) but I am a short timer in this property and my A/C is under 4 years old. My recommendation is to get a second opinion and compare. The technician they sent for consult for my disposal was nice and friendly but his troubleshooting was minimal and in the end he recommended replacing the unit which was not affordable for me. I ended up going through my home warranty instead and their technician identified the problem as electric and sent an electrician who fixed the problem. The problem was never the disposal itself. There are other plumbers out there, find one that is honest, and you'll receive quality work at a lower price.
