I visited this UPS location specifically for notary services and had a great experience. On the morning of my visit I went to the UPS store website to confirm which locations offered notary services and I was able to schedule an appointment for a convenient time later that day. I arrived and was greeted promptly and only had to wait a few minutes while the notary (Vandy) wrapped up with another client. I had one document that I needed notarized and then shipped. The process was very easy. Vandy was kind and efficient and I was on my way. I would definitely select this location for notary services in the future. I needed some printing done that literally had to be done and delivered within a half an hour and I talked to Melanie over the phone. She gave me an email I sent it over. There's one more fella that's been there for a long time but we didn't get his name. Being a millennial (guessing), what he brings to the business is a great asset. Came in to drop some items off for an Amazon Return and there was one person being helped, and another that walked in with me/ahead of me. The second we came in and there was a line they had someone hop on as a second cashier to make things go quickly. I waited maybe two minutes and had everything scanned and a receipt printed in another minute. In and out in under five. They were very quick, kind, and polite. We've come to this UPS store for multiple reasons since moving to the Hillsboro area a few months ago...All employees have been very helpful..today we had to mail our taxes in and Vandy was able to get us a trackable package to our tax preparers office in California. Great service and super easy to do a Columbia return using the UPS store and I needed a box and for 3.99 got one which wasn't bad. Of course the one day I needed a box I don't have one at home! Super friendly service and loved that as soon as I left I had an email from Columbia tracking the return thanks to the barcode on the return label. read more

I want to give a shout out to Maria G at UPS store #0826 in Hillsboro, on TV HWY today. I had a couple documents on my cell phone that I needed to have printed. There was quite a few people in the store ahead of me, so asked the young lady that was working at the counter what email address I needed to use, and she gave me that information. I worked on trying to figure it out, with no luck at all (I'm an older lady so have trouble with doing some things). When things slowed down and that same young lady wasn't busy, she asked what I was trying to do, so I told her what I needed printed. She asked for my cell phone, so I showed her what I was trying to print, and with in maybe 10 minutes she had that taken care of , and handed me the pages! Great service, highly recommend! read more

I bought two phones which were sent by UPS, with one they tried three times until they delivered it to me on the third attempt, the other was sent to the UPS Tualatin store so that I could collect it personally until Monday the 15th. I went to the place and it was closed due to a change in schedule. I went the next day and they had sent it to the sender three weeks and I still don't have the phone. read more

Extremely unprofessional rude staff. I came in to return a couple Amazon products, there were already 2 people waiting in line. The people working didn't acknowledge anyone. A random lady walks in after everyone, goes up to the counter and they help her... so I walk up to the counter and the lady rolls her eyes at me and says "you need to wait." When I finally do get helped, the man in the store didn't say hi, didn't say anything just said put your products here. Scanned them and then said next. Worst experience at a UPS store ever. Went to return an item from Amazon was told I needed a box which cost me five dollars more to return my item. I used to love dropping off my Amazon returns here, but lately staff has been ridiculously slow and even refused to accept a return because the item was not in a bag, but the Amazon return stated to leave the item unpackaged. The staff needs additional training. read more

I have been a client for 2 years here and can't give this place a good recommendation.... they have lost my mail, there are currently 3 packages that carriers delivered to the store which I have never recieved. and issue has not been resolved going on 2 months. I renewed quarterly because it was easier than switching... .The management is terrible. I went in on 3 seperate occasions to renew my mail box, and there was no one on site that could renew my account. So the owner, terminated my account. Nice way to treat a loyal customer of several years... The door code frequently doesn't work, and the staff are kids that are rude with the exception of 1 or 2 staff, Mohamed being on of the few shining stars here. This is not the first time I have had issues renewing my account. I asked for a call back on what was occuring and why, and never heard back from the owner.... I have several other accounts in other states with UPS stores and have never had as many problems. (I travel a lot for work) read more

Everytime I go to this store I get helped like I'm family. Big shout out to the interim store manager Liz who helped me with a resume package the other day. She's definitely a keeper. The store is closed on Sundays so don't get upset if you didn't plan ahead or waited till the last minute to get your print jobs done. read more

I brought a 40 lb box to ship (all ready except not taped closed in case they need to check what's in it). The manager/rep didn't offer to help me lift the box onto their scale (which is a tiny scale on the counter, not a floor scale) - another customer in line tried to help me. This same manager charged me $1 to print out a shipping label that was on my phone (he could have scanned it). He then said he could only give me 1 piece of tape to close the box, and he'd charge me $3 extra to put tape around the corners. So I asked to buy a roll of tape and was charged $7 for a tiny roll. Manager was condescending, arrogant and dismissive. With that type of customer service I will never go back, and I'm guessing I'm not the first (or last) to have this crappy nickel and diming service. read more

Just a little unnerving leaving my package with the clerk behind the counter and no receipt that I left a package there. However, it got returned and that was all that was necessary. I have been to this UPS location multiple times these past two weeks, with time sensitive legal documents. I always come in stressed and leave relaxed because of the service I am provided. I have had the pleasure of being assisted by Teresa AND Kate. THEY ARE BOTH INCREDIBLY HELPFUL AND RESOURCEFUL!! I am sad to say, but I am shocked by exceptional service. They carefully review what I need notarized and faxed/or copied, check for errors and help me fix them. I am so used to people just telling me to come back when I have fixed my mistakes. NOPE, not them. Also, I usually come in right before closing time. They never stress about the time nor do they check their watches. They work with me till my papers are 100% perfect. I am beyond impressed with their customer service. I highly recommend these two girls to anyone needing UPS type service. read more

I was shocked when I found out that the valley girl who was annoyed when she had to get off the phone with her friend to help us, was actually the store manager. One of her employees had to ask her come help us... as there were three customers in the store and only two employees. I did not feel bad that my presence interrupted her phone call. Sad is all I can say. I had 3 pushy UPS employees try to sell me a bigger box that would cost $40 more in shipping costs. They were trying to tell me the one I had was not adequate. The same item I was shipping was previously sent to me in the same kind of box I was using but with no packing from 3000 miles away by UPS and it was delivered just fine. I was only shipping about 600 miles. Really? Can't someone just ship an item without a hassle. I never plan to go to that particular store again. read more
