I have no words to explain how professional and pleasant my experience was at Aqua Plastic Surgery in Miami! I honestly felt I was given VIP treatment from the moment I spoke with Beatriz to the day I arrived for my surgery. Everything at the surgeons office was VERY clean and tastefully decorated; which made me fall in love with the facility immediately. The nurses, staff, and Dr. Dev made my procedure process extremely easy. They provided all the necessary support and information so that I could be at ease. As a woman who chose to get breast implants 13 years ago, I never imagined having to be faced with the decision of one day having to remove them due to health concerns. I'm not sure how I even found Dr. Rankin @ Aqua Plastic Surgery and ultimately Beatrice but they SAVED my life! Going through an explant was not something I imagined would be in the cards for me. I figured I'd rock implants for a few years and then just remove them later on down the line. Never, ever, NEVER EVER did I expect BII to be part of my story. But it was, and they were amazing! The team is knowledgeable, courteous, sympathetic, genuine and reachable.... My concerns were addressed either during consultation, over text (yes, I have everyone's cell phone #'s) or just before surgery. Beatrice completely raises the bar as far as what I can feel like as a patient. I don't know how she juggles the millions of obligations she has with such grace and ease. I was very nervous about the procedure, what to expect and the do's and don'ts. She made me feel like I was the only patient. I recently had a rhinoplasty surgery at Aqua plastic surgery and I could not be more thrilled. I had the pleasure of meeting Beatriz, who is my surgery coordinator. She is above and beyond in everything she does. I never have to wait for a call back, she's always available since I have her personal cell phone that she gives to her clients. Personally, I have never heard of such a thing but it was much appreciated, since I had no less than 1 million questions. She was able to work with my schedule and even arranged for a ride to and from the office on surgery day, since it was impossible to travel with my kids. I recently had an implant exchange as well as a breast lift. Although I live in the same state, my house is still about two hours away. I also have a daughter, husband and three dogs. Besides having my surgery my biggest concern was my recovery. I knew being at home would make that very difficult. After finding this amazing retreat online I was easily convinced that this was the place for me. Close to home but far enough for me to able to recover in peace. That's exactly what is was. Yes, I was in some pain considering I just had surgery but I was able to recover in peace in a relaxing zen environment. I was a little nervous about my mini face lift with Dr. Rankin. I have seen so many unsatisfactory results and although I had talked to other patients that had done the same procedure with Dr Rankin and were very happy, I still was not quite ready to go through with it. When I came in for a consultation with Dr. Rankin and later with Beatrice, Beatrice was so understanding of my anxiousness, but took the time to explain everything.
