We brought Baci Blu home at eight weeks old, and we have been amazed by how sweet, confident, curious, and intelligent she is. We have only had Baci for four days, and she is already settling beautifully into her new life. She is sleeping well in her crate, exploring new places with confidence, and becoming completely comfortable in our home. She has already learned come, sit, down, and roll, and is working on a wave. She…read morewas very responsive to email, sent pictures of previous litters and answered some of my questions. Before fully committing and giving my deposit I had a wonderful phone conversation with Anne. Once my deposit was received communication became almost non existent. In our previous conversations she stated that she would keep me posted on the pups arrival as well as growth/progress. This was also stated in the contract I signed. I sent multiple emails and phone calls that went unanswered. Only after multiple attempts to get in touch with Anne did I receive the bare minimum of information. I only ever received two group pictures of the pups once they were born. A few weeks prior to the go home date I became concerned as I had not picked out a pup yet. Finally two weeks prior to our pick up date Anne reached out to tell me this litter of pups was projecting to be 2-3x the size that was anticipated (I was looking to get a mini). I was also disheartened to learn that all the males except one was already spoken for. Anne never told me where I was on the list but said she helps each person pick a puppy. Ultimately, I decided to forgo my deposit. I felt that Anne was breeding too many dogs at once and had too many puppies to really make her facility ethical. I feel that she was too busy with all the puppies in her care to allow her the communication with the buyers that is necessary when adopting a puppy, especially seeing how expensive her dogs are. I would be very cautious getting a pup from Anne. I was thoroughly disappointed in the process and would not get a puppy from black briar bernedoodles.

Made sure all vaccines were up to date Made sure he was sent home with top of the line food , chip ,etc. The lady who helped me was very passionate about her job, and u could tell she absolutely loves what she does. Upon that visit my pup faced some medical challenges and was treated God willing successfully, thru the wonderful care of Titan and ocean state drs. ​the owner of perfect puppy followed up and went above and beyond to help. He took care of the expensive visit with Titan and helped off set a large amount of the medical expense. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable of dogs and breeds. He stated he has been in the industry since a young age . I was so relieved he off set some of the cost. I have 2 children one is autistic We purchased our puppy as a companion for both. Immediately my cousin told me that this was the best school for dogs in the area. She was right that is for sure! My husband and I started taking our puppy to Rhodes Collar immediately and worked with Michelle on dog obedience skills in both private lessons and group classes. Curtis was able to get involved in a group class entitled Good Citizen Skills. He passed the class thanks to the excellent training from Michelle and owner Glenna and there continued patience with us as new owners of Curtis. We are still taking classes with Michelle and working on more advanced skills now, we really enjoy the classes. The staff are all amazing, Linda helps Curtis with the after school program, she is incredible, Maureen is amazing and helps with so many areas of running the school, Rileigh is also amazing and helps us when we need to board Curtis though Custom Care. We feel 100% confident that our puppy is safe and treated well when we go away, we get pictures and videos of everything he does at school like report cards or when boarding at a staff's home. Staff are always available in a on text and honestly this school is so amazing that my husband and I agree we are better dog owners since going to Rhodes Collar, we plan to be long time customers and are forever grateful to them. -We adopted a 5-month-old rabbit (Azula) from Aura Rose Rabbitry (owned by Kristen Amaral) on…read more3/29/26 that was later found to be severely malnourished with serious, hereditary dental issues (malocclusion). -Immediate and extensive veterinary care was required, including emergency treatment, surgery complications, and ongoing high‑risk procedures with lifelong consequences. -Vet diagnosed the condition as hereditary, showed us the (easily identifiable) overbite, and explained that the condition worsened into total fracture of all 4 incisors due to being untreated while in the breeder's care for the additional 3 months (typically bunnies are adopted at 2 months). -Breeder's advertised claims (health guarantee, daily handling, litter training, lifetime support) did not match the experience. I contacted the breeder explaining the situation and asking for support. -Breeder refused our requested refund of the $500 adoption fee despite extensive documentation and medical proof that the rabbit already costing x3 this amount in medical bills (and climbing). In the end, I asked Kristen if she would have spent this time and energy saving Azula's life had the rabbit remained unadopted. Kristen blocked me across all platforms immediately after I asked this question, which is a pretty clear answer...
